If I could give a less than 1 I certainly would.. Fals advertising on a cable knit sweater that arrived as a screen printed shirt with even screen printed leather accents .. horrible

I’m so disappointed honestly. I ordered Chelsea boots from them. Tell me why the name has got a uk on it when things are coming from China. The delivery took 2 weeks and the boots arrived in a bag not a box. I bought them half price about £54 pounds but they are not even worth a penny. Now I have to start looking for how to return their parcel according to them it’s £50 pounds. Which means if I return the parcel that’s wasting my money and time and if I keep the shoes as well that’s wasting money but looking at them makes me angry . I would never never advise anybody to buy from them. Those boots they are so fake. They are absolutely Scammers everybody should watch out.

I ordered a blue blouse and received a mens Hawaiian shirt! I returned the shirt as they wouldn't refund me unless I returned it. Tracked Postage cost £12, and it is still in Chinese customs after 8 weeks and now I am not getting any reply if I email the company so that's goodbye to £45. Don't use this company!!!!

Worst company so , rubbish items, pretending to be in the UK, and lowest of the low crap. Wish I had seen reviews too.

After 7 weeks items turned up 2 shirts one poor quality the other not what I ordered, apparently it is my responsibility to send something I never ordered, avoid this company.

Ordered 2 shirts for a wedding, waited weeks to receive them only to be extremely disappointed with the quality! Poor is an understatement, after numerous emails requesting their returns process I’ve had no response. Currently with PayPal trying to resolve the issue.

The quality is shockingly poor and there appears to be no means of returning your items for a refund, i purchased a jacket for £55 and a very poor quality Chinese product arrived that looked nothing like the picture is a scam the worst company i ever met never happened to me before …..

They sent me the most hideous dress made out of nylon which I never ordered. My bank statement stated that it cost £44.95. Really cross. Impossible to send back and hardly worth walking to charity shop to give away. Nobody would want it. Dreadful.

I thought I was buying leather boots but got plastic boots the furry ones for myself look wonderful in the ads then you get them delivered from China. The company won't even give me the returns details nor my £118 back they said it would cost me £50 to return the items STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

This company is a complete scam.
They give the impression you are ordering from Manchester, England when in fact they import from China.
I never received an order confirmation email, just eventually an email saying goods had been despatched.
The polo shirt they sent was really dreadful quality /labels cut out - and they sent the wrong size - I ordered large but they sent XL.
They will NOT accept returns, even though their terms state if it is their fault they will pay for returns - they just offer a discount off the next order!!
After seeing a previous review I contacted my bank, who have now refunded the money to me.Everyone needs to do this. Keep all correspondence as the bank will need this.

I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding. I wanted something unusual and the shoes looked really nice. To be fair, they WERE nice but they sent them in 36 after I ordered 39. I contacted them by email and they asked me to send a photo showing the size. I did so and they offered me 20% off my next order!!!! What about the shoes I can't wear. NO customer care at all. They were not cheap either. Big mistake. DO NOT USE!

Avoid at all cost.

To anyone reading this raise a dispute with your bank. The more that are raised and refunds given by your bank the faster these scammers will stop as each time their bank is contacted. They are absolutely disgusting people pretending to be in the UK and then either not delivering anything or sending tat as noted in the reviews.

I wish i had read reviews before purchasing of an item that i ordered in my size but had come up too small. Fashion street want you to either take discount off next item ( i will not be purchasing anything again). They say oh you need to send it back to China! I bought this on line shopping uk. Absolute disgrace.

ordered a UK size 24 coat it came and was more like a UK size 14 so was way too small I emailed them and got ignored so emailed again and was told it would cost up to £50 for shipping fees and wasn't guaranteed to recieve it the coat was £70 and I asked for a partial refund and to keep the coat they offered me a 30% doscountni replied I wont use any discounts as I would not be ordering again due to not being true to size they then offered another discount to which I replied the same and once again asked for a partial refund and to keep the coat to sell for the remainder I got ignored and been ignored since now currently have a £70 coat that's too small and nobody wants to buy it for that price so angry and dissapointed complete waste of money

Wish i had seen the reviews as well beforehand, slick website all built on sand still waiting for a polo shirt ordered 10 weeks ago just get the standard automated responce from fashion street that the item is on its way after reading all the other reviews it looks like it will be going straight in the bin as i dont expect it to look anything like what is shown on the website.
Please save your money and go to a high street shop.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been beyond frustrating. I placed an order and received a shirt that was the completely the wrong size, label cut out despite carefully selecting the correct options. I contacted customer service immediately, expecting a quick resolution but instead, I was met with excuses, delays, and complete refusal to issue a refund.

They’ve kept my money while I’m left with products I can’t use. Every email has been met with vague promises (“we’ll look into it,” “it’s being processed”) that lead absolutely nowhere.

This kind of behaviour isn’t just unprofessional, it’s dishonest. A reputable company would take responsibility for their mistakes and value their customers enough to make things right. Instead, Fashion Street has shown that once they have your payment, you’re on your own.

Save yourself the headache — avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of honest businesses out there that actually stand by their products and their word.

I, like a complete fool didn't check the reviews before purchasing from these people, I spent a well earned £70 on 2 shirts and a pair of shorts. The shirts were a large, however, I struggled to get my arms in them, there was no way the buttons would do up as I couldn't get the 2 sides anywhere near each other, I'm a 40" chest and I don't think they would have fitted a 12 year old let alone me, the quality was complete crap, as for the shorts, I ordered a 34" waist, these however must have been a 44" waist but with the shirts and shorts all the labels had been removed including bar codes that were on the packaging, there was no paperwork whatsoever. This company should be black listed.

Awful quality , very thin, nothing like the picture . Said hassle free returns but would cost me £20 to return a £27. Item and then they wasn’t guaranteeing that it was going to arrive for refund.
Do. Not buy from this company .
Costs same amount to buy something from a reputable company with free returns !!

When I asked about returns, they said I would have to send to China at a cost of £50 which was more than the value of the item!

The alternative, so-called goodwill gesture was to be allowed to buy another product from them with a 20% discount
