If I could give 0 star I would. Ordered a boot in size 7 at what came through was more like a size 5. They said if wanted to return need to pay £50 for return to china. So now I'm down £62 as am not paying additional 50 to be down £112 and don't get my money back. Disgusting. The customer service said I can keep the shoes (when I paid for) and as a "special gesture" I could get 20% off my next purchase. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

0 stars is more like it biggest load of rubbish i have ever waited for and the cheek of having to send to china for a return of purchase is beond me they trade in the uk what a bloody nerve and they get away wirh it so annoyed but never again

Scammed my elderly father out of £50. Junk products, scam company, Chinese

SCAM COMPANY Terrible quality, not a true size or description of product and not possible to resell.
If you want to return you have to send the item to China and it costs about £50
They offer discounts for future orders to compensate, which is ridiculous because no one in their right mind would order twice from this imitation company who continues to rip off people.

They advised me it would cost £50 to send back which was more than the item cost so obviously won't be doing that so I am left with a horrible nylon shirt which is going in the bin

Unfortunately the British Trading Standards organisation, still allow this company to continue to trade, advertising and delivering inferior quality items, and making false and inaccurate claims in respect of refund.
I purchased two men's Polo shirts, and basically they were of such an inferior quality I wouldn't clean my shoes with them.
I have been trying to get a refund and allegedley the items have been held in customs in China for two months which is a load of crap, but I will keep fighting. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE QUALITY IS VERY VERY INFERIOR

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ADVERTISED AS A UK FIRM BUT ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUY THE GOODS FOR MUCH CHEAPER FROM CHINA. . THE ITEM IF IT EVER ARRIVES TAKES A MONTH TO REACH YOU AND FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE IS CHEAP FAULTY CRAP. WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THEY TELL YOU TO PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE TO CHINA WHICH WILL BE MORE THAN THE GOODS ARE WORTH. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED PLEASE READ REVIEWS AND SAVE YOURSELF A FINANCIAL LOSS. THEY ARE THIEVES.

It’s not even worth 1 star. I received an order with all the labels cut off the garments no washing instructions and no sizing on the garments either. Shocking. They had the cheek to offer me 20% off my next purchase with them. I DONT THINK SO !!! I will never use your website again I expect my refund in full no bargaining with me

Do not trust this Company. Quality of Pola shirts is very poor for the price and it is not possible to obtain a refund.

In order to obtain refund you need to return the item to an address in China (I do not believe this is clear from their webside) which is expensive. In addition, the item I have returned has been stuck in customs in China for 3 weeks saying waiting clearance. I have asked Fashion St to assist but they say its for me to resolve. I suspect this to be some kind of scam preventing items being returned within the 30 day period.

Awful experience. I have received one out of three items ordered - nearly three months ago. The one shirt received is absolutely rubbish - wouldn’t use it for a dishcloth! They have offered me a further discount if I buy more 🤷. They don’t seem to understand that I haven’t even received 2/3rds of the order

Unfortunately there is no choice to say no stars ! Terrible quality rubbish dress which will cost at least half the price to send back! Or may be returned if import duties are levied in China. Stupid me didn't read the reviews before buying. DON'T part with your hard-earned money! Terrible experience.

I wouldn't even rate this shop as one star.
Ordered a suit which turned up almost three weeks later. Item is totally different to what I ordered, wrong colour, design, material and not as listed in the website.
Customer service isn't helpful at all as they keep offering 20% on next order instead a refund.
I would not order anything from here again so no use of their discount at all.
They should not be in business,pure scam.

This Company offers a completely unsatisfactory service.
I ordered a hoodie for my Grandsons Birthday & I checked the delivery time to make sure it would be delivered in time.
Unfortunately it wasn't. It took 2 weeks longer than it said.
It wasn't of good quality so I asked to return it.
They said it would cost me £50 to return it & like all the other reviews I was offered a 20% discount on a future order.
As if I would consider ordering from them again.
Their Customer Service is the worst I have ever come across.

This is a scam , do not order, the descriptions bear no resemblance to what arrives, and when you try to return they tell you you have to pay at least £50 in costs and to send to china, in registered post. Less than 1 star. Minus stars .

Bought cargo shorts from this site. They looked nothing like the one's I'd chosen. Absolute rip-off.
