you seem to give the full amount owed once, then 'severely damage' or use pictures of damaged boxes to say you will no buy them. and yet you will not return them. I CAN USE THE SEVERELY DAMAGED BOXES! I will never again send you my test strips. and I will advise others not to use you either.

Quick and timely payment after receiving the strips. No excuses made on the condition of the boxes. The experience i received from other companies who scammed me. Good job FCS.

I worked with this company for a couple of years and I have never had any issues until now! They all of a sudden got very picky on everything and to me I think they actually damaged my boxes and then took pictures of them. Because what they were showing me they were not like that or even remotely close to the damage that they were showing me. You can see from the picture before they took them out of the box that I sent them in. They were in better shape than what they were showing so they have judging these boxes has got to go. So according to them three boxes they kept and didn’t pay me. I guarantee they are still selling what I sent them that they now have kept! This is a total scam operation. Do not use them unless your boxes are perfect in every way. It seems like they will make up some BS or squish a box to not have to pay you.

This company is fraud, and they rip you off and I have now filed small claims court papers vs this company for stealing my money and lies and fraud

Claimed damage but items were tightly packed and had no movement inside box and there was no damage to the outside box. They docked me $231. Also didn't give the bonus $10 they said they would. I do not recommend.

They are claiming the box is/was "dinged" yet even the pics THEY sent shows it's NOT!!!! They shorted me $15!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They usually pay fairly quickly, but in the last 2 orders I have sent, I have had price reductions of at least $20. One order was sent in a bubble wrapped envelop, so I understand where concerns could have been made about sturdiness, but it worries me that so many customers have been complaining about recent orders being reduced.

One time I even called and asked when they processed payments and I was told “we have already processed payments, have you not been paid yet?” Which was also concerning, since this was the first time my order total was reduced.

All in all, they have been respectful and send payments fast, I’d just be careful what you send your supplies in and advocate for your payment. 24 hours is 24 hours.

Everything was as advertised. Have used them a couple of times with no issues. Fast service and excellent communication.

Well I took pictures too, other than the one expired. All we're new boxes& packing.

Used to be a good company to deal with. I heard they started using the 'ding' technique to lower the payout. Same thing happened to me. I have pictures of when theybwere put in box...when they show what they received looks nothing like the same condition. So either you have to hope that their usps prepaid label and package gets their without damage since they don't insure the package or you have to see what the end result looks like after they show pictures with their gloves on. Been a customer for years. Now moving someone else. You should do the same

First Time I did business with them they were awesome but the last two times they ripped me off. My items were packaged meticulously and very good they were mint when shipped and mint when arrived they are paying people far less because they can find a different place if you want the correct amount for your supplies

Just like many others on here, I was subject to a price reduction due to damaged box's and I had just received mine from the pharmacy in mint condition and made special packing arrangements with lots of packing confetti not wanting to get gigged for damaged box's like so many others!! Any damage they claim could not have come from the carrier either because of the extent I went through in packing!!! I will never use this company again and it's so terrible they have to cheat people to save a buck! Shame on them.

The best price ever!

I sent mint boxes two months in a row . Got messages telling me the boxes were damaged . So they discounted them sent me less money than quoted. Post office says the shipping box was not damaged when it was dropped off so alm I can figure is the damage occurred between drop off till packages were opened
