Great company. Fantastic quality rattan. Very pleased. Customer service great too.

On a week's holiday my wife and I found our accommodation had on the veranda what we discovered to be a featureDeco Royal Winchester High Back 4 Seater Rattan Sofa Outdoor Set.

The sofa and chairs were so comfortable and, with the glass-topped table, looked so stylish that we ordered them for our patio as soon as we returned home.

Delivery was within a week and, although the table had to be put together and I am no DIY expert, I found the process of doing so totally straightforward.

My only slight quibble is that the delivery information sent by email beforehand was couched in what seemed an unnecessarily unfriendly manner - considering how much customers are paying. Someone needs to rewrite it with this a little more in mind.

But the delivery men themselves were very polite and helpful. And the furniture is very well made and robust, and I am extremely happy with it.

We’ve been looking for the right garden furniture set for years and finally found exactly what we wanted! We purchased the sofa, two armchairs, coffee table/large stool, and fire pit table, along with the medium protective cover.

We specifically wanted a cream aluminium set with a fire pit, and there are hardly any available to view in local shops. The problem with buying online is that you can’t judge the quality, test the comfort, or know how long you’ll be waiting for delivery.

This company met all of our expectations. The customer service over the phone was excellent, and being able to visit the showroom to see and try all the available sets before buying made such a difference. The furniture is great quality, very comfortable, and looks amazing in our garden. The medium protective cover is also great and very strong.

To top it all off, our order was delivered, as expected, within just 5 working days.

We’re very happy with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality and affordable garden furniture. 👍🏼😊

Really happy with our garden furniture. Great quality and comfortable. Good price for the set compared with local garden centre prices. Arrived very well packaged and took about 2 hours to assemble but had all the pieces required to do so.
Delivery team arrived in the time slot provided (3 hour window) and brought it all into the back garden for me to assemble.

Wr ordered the Kemble bistro garden 2 seat set and we really like it. The set is well made, looks great and is perfect for our garden.

It took slightly longer to be delivered than expected but we really like the set.

Really pleased with our overall service. We ordered the LUDLOW corner set and it was delivered within 5 days. The furniture was partially assembled (tables to be assembled) and it was easy to do. Very good quality, sturdy base and thick cushions.

I didn’t leave a review when I bought my sofa around 7 or 8 years ago, but have been sat in my garden today, thinking about it being the best garden purchase I’ve ever made. It’s out in all weathers (cushions come inside every night) and still looks amazing. No warping, no discolouration, still extremely sturdy. I’ll definitely be back when I need another, but for anyone contemplating whether to buy from this company or save a few quid and go elsewhere, I urge you to consider FeatureDECO as an investment in your garden. So happy, all these years on.

So I had recently had a garden do over and wanted some new furniture. Most garden centres charge a fortune and look a little dated. FeatureDECO popped up and i instantly fell in love with the Ludlow collection and placed an order. There was a small delay in delivery from what was agreed but out of there hands, it wasn’t ideal but they dealt with it very professionally. I would highly recommend this company. Furniture is excellent quality. I don’t normally do reviews unless exceptional service and product.
