Good web site, easy ordering and v pleased with the product.

Only slight criticism was the lack of communication after placing the order.
Had to call them at the end of the delivery period to find out .
That said, call centre was helpful and well informed.
The goods arrived the next day.

Harrington 6 piece set.
Visited showroom to browse what was available. Young man there was really helpful and answered all our questions.
When had decided which set was for us, we found the website really easy to navigate and was simple process to place our order.
Confirmation email was received with clear instructions of when/what to expect for delivery.
The furniture is good quality and we are pleased with our purchase.

Overall, just excellent
I researched featureDECO thoroughly for a year or more before purchasing and the reviews are warrantedly excellent. Just finished unpacking & putting together our 8pc Belgravia corner sofa set with rising table and couldn't be more pleased. The quality is absolutely superb, well worth the very reasonable price it costs. Fantastic communication and help from the team, overall could not be happier. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience from start to finish
We purchased garden furniture online and all aspect of ordering, delivery and customer service were excellent.
Communication was fantastic and the guys who delivered went above and beyond expectations, there was a slight chip in the table top tempered glass and again customer services responded quickly.
