Genau wie hier zahlreich beschrieben. Absoluter Scam/Fake-Shop. Es wird eine Trackingnummer bereitgestellt, die wirklich extrem schlechte Infos liefert und tatsächlich mehr als einen Monat irgendwelchen wirren Status zeigt - Teilweise wiederholen sich vorhergehende Einträge - Plötzlich wird die Lieferung als Zugestellt angezeigt. Keinerlei Möglichkeit, den Zustellnachweis einzusehen oder Kontakt zum Verkäufer zu erhalten. PayPal schließt den Fall sofort, da ja eine Sendungsverfolgung hinterlegt ist - Die Sendungsverfolgung ist aber genauso FAKE, wie der ganze Shop. Finger weg. Die haben das System verstanden und ziehen euch das Geld aus der Tasche. Traurig, dass PayPal diesen Kunden auch noch unterstützt und mit diesen Geschäfte macht.

Anything you order from this website will never delivered to you despite waiting 30-40 days. Even tracking number and courier company they used is china post. ( JS EXP ) is fake tracking number which they are updating by their self. So one day morning you’ll see tracking it saws delivered but it’s originally not as your order was never dispatched. So it’s a trape. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I ordered from Ferlagimo on September 28, 2025, because the price was very low and I trusted PayPal’s Buyer Protection.
The website promised delivery within 7–15 days, but after almost a month, nothing arrived.

The tracking suddenly claimed the parcel was delivered, but I never received anything. I was home all day, checked everywhere – no package, no note, nothing.

Customer service replied with generic messages like “Don’t worry, we check” but provided no proof of delivery or valid tracking information.

I opened a PayPal dispute and am now waiting for a refund.
After reading other reviews, I realized many customers experienced the exact same problem.

⚠️ Warning: This "company" seems to operate fraudulently. Avoid ordering here — you will likely lose your money and never receive your item.

If I could give zero stars I would. LILY LIES. Order went missing, wouldn't tell me who the tracking courier was.

It then got "lost" then I asked for a refund to which I was advised they had re sent the package despite me saying no. It has been two months. This is a scam. Please don't buy from this site!!

Bin auch darauf reingefallen, per Paypal bezahlt und keine Ware erhalten. Paypal hat den Fall geschlossen und zu gunsten des Verkäufers entschieden, da der Verkäufer den Versand und Zustellung nachgewiesen hat. Der Email Schriftverkehr mit China war nur hinhaltetaktik und läuft dann ins Leere.

Like others, I have been bamboozled by Lily at Ferlagimo. I never received my portable tv. The tracking information had typos and misinformation. Then received a message that it was delivered and it was not. In fact, the tracking information gave me a confirmation that it was delivered the next day. I put in a dispute, kept requesting my refund and "Lily" keeps writing back saying it was delivered, then delivered to wrong house, then it is going back to out to my house. Total scam. Do not order from them.

I never received the item I ordered. I got email from "lilly", which is probably some AI bot. I lost $53!!!! I'm telling everyone I can to stay away. They advertise on TikTok!!!

Ich kann mich nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen... Aber sowas von nichts ist zugestellt worden und das Geld habe ich auch nicht mehr zurückbekommen... Finger weg von diesen 💩💩Lügen-Betrügern...😤🤮

I bought an infinity game table from them, said it was delivered and it was not delivered, good thing I got my money back from PayPal, but they told PayPal I had got it, dont go near them

Please do not buy from this company. I did, as I seen the two products i ordered from tiktok back in August. The tracking said my items had been delivered at 7.01am which they haven't as I checked cctv. The people on tiktok that advertise these product should be taken down. You will get no reply when you email them. I have also noticed that the email address says ferilagimo which isn't spelt the same as the company.
The 2 items (Portable television and a Screen Infinity Game Table - Electronic) was ordered for xmas presents so I'm really annoyed

Would be zero stars if I could. Tracking was a joke. Kept saying it was making progress moving to different warehouses but never including a city. After over a month tracking said delivered, but it was not. I have security cameras and I check the footage - there was no delivery. This site is a scam. Avoid.

Total scam. I ordered an Android monitor in August. They gave me tracking numbers, updates every other day until the day that the tracking number said it had arrived, and it didn't.

Lily, the chief scammer, said she would get in touch with the delivery company, and a few days later, she said that they lost the order and would resend a new one to me, which was already in transit. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews beforehand.

I kept in touch to see how long they would take the scam forward and contacted the bank at the same time, which provided an immediate refund.

Lily kept saying that a new order was sent until today, when she realized that the bank disputed the order and got the money back. Her last email message was "I have found out that the money has been refunded to you. Our transaction is over."

El mismo problema que en los demás comentarios, te envían un número de seguimiento, que seguramente estará falseado, parece que todo pinta bien, hasta que pone que lo han entregado un domingo a las 15h, yo puse la dirección de mi trabajo que hay gente trabajando los 7 dias de la semana de 6 a 22h y no se entregó nada, los correos con Lilly y como se llame son de dar largas y sin solventar nada, por suerte PayPal me devolvió el dinero, aunque sigo "hablando" con esta empresa por que no pienso dejar las cosas así. Ahora parece que ya no se anuncian por TikTok con este nombre, utilizan otro, pero la web es identixs, solo han cambiado el nombre.

I haven’t gotten my order and I’m not very happy. I would like a refund for the order I have paid for on TikTok. I purchased a 4k touch screen tv 32inch pink color. I paid $52.99 for it. I am disgusted with the company Ferlagimio.

A ducking scam company

I ordered the 4K monitor. I wish I had done my research before ordering. Yes, Lily lies. She keeps seems me bogus tracking and the delivery company keep losing my package.
Please shut them as soon as possible.

Ordered the item, tracking info was abysmal. According to the tracking it was delivered to me after about 2 months waiting. The item was not delivered to me, when I persued this with Ferlagimo they said it had i and they thought I was try to pull a fast one. I kept chasing it up, until they said the delivery company has said it had been lost in the post,by them.
Now they are refusing a refund as it was the delivery company who lost the item.
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
WHOEVER LEAVES A GOOD REVIEW ABOUT THIS COMPANY MUST BE WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY OR FAMILY MEMBERS OF THIS COMPANY.
