I purchased via PayPal on 4th Oct25 PayPal marked as delivered on 8th Nov25 but I did not receive my items. Contacted PayPal and they favored with the seller as it was marked delivered, when in fact I did not receive any items. No refund no items this is a scam. Do not buy from them, better of paying more and getting a delivery from Amazon.
I have checked my ring doorbell and did not receive any delivery on date stated. My Amazon delivery arrived the same day and I received that one but no delivery from China post.
DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS SCAMMER COMPANY!

Fraudsters I ordered a Christmas tree tracked it for months then it said it was delivered. Complete lie never received anything how can people like this get away with it. Horrible people with no morals hopefully karma will pay them a visit.

For all the people on here it is a scam company!! They will do their utmost to keep hold of your money. Paypal gave us our money back. You must keep screen shots of all correspondence with these scammers. Especially the tracking which is totally fake. We informed paypal that they have a habit of marking as delivered, people have said on here the same thing. Make sure paypal knows this preferably before it happens to you. You will not receive anything from Ferlagimo keep this in mind, you've been well and truly scammed. Keep updating the fake tracking each day. Paypal need all of this. You must inform Paypal that the company has consistently marked item as delivered to other people in the same situation as on trustpilot. Screen shot this information also. Ferlagimo will offer you half the money back, do not accept this. You can also put in a case to say you don't accept Paypals judgment through paypal so it's reopened. Good luck! But don't give up.

scam same as most post on here they say that they delivered it when they did not but will not tell you which uk courier service they used . report d to paypal but not holding out t hat i get my money back. up date pay pal refund me did take a month i did send paypal the email the scams sent me asking for me to close case and they refund me which look really bad on them

I never received anything. Tracking says it was delivered to somewhere not even in my country! Filed a complaint with Paypal and they denied my claim! Said they were provided with tracking info that says my order was delivered. When I go to the Ferlagimo website the store is no longer there and neither is the tracking info. It's all bogus and PayPal was no help so I closed my account with them. The emails back and forth with Ferlagimo are ridiculous. They accuse me of lying about not receiving my order and try to pressure me into letting them place the order again. When I demand a refund they refuse unless I withdraw my complaint. Beware of this predatory company. They are not legit and you'll get zero help from Paypal.

I have not received my item from October 2025 tried to contact them PayPal said it says delivered with no proof of delivery only the company said it is got no refund

Total scam, worst is the back and forth and new tracking numbers from Lily. You know its to good to be true but they keep you going. Be aware. Its not a real deal. Yes they blast on facebook and tick toc for weeks but then they are gone. They will be back when this is forgotten about. Bottom line if its too good of a deal, its too good of a deal.

Ja, Fakeshop, wie es sie so oft im Netz gibt, ABER: hier ist PayPal leider die eigentliche "Falle", DENN: Man möchte meinen, dass man mit dem Käuferschutz von PayPal auf der sicheren Seite steht! Weit gefehlt, denn auch mein Antrag hat PayPal mit der SCHWACHEN Begründung abgelehnt, da der Verkäufer ja ne "angeblich" korrekte Sendungsnummer angegeben hat. Dass das Paket angeblich von "China Post" in Deutschland zugestellt wurde, interessiert PayPal dann nicht mal mehr, denn da haben die Kollegen dann leider schon aufgehört zu denken... Strafanzeige bei der Polizei Berlin gestellt und werde nun PayPal in die Verantwortung hierfür nehmen...

I never received my order. The day tracking said it was delivered, it showed that they only used the partial address. I opened a case with PayPal with screenshots of the wrong address. PayPal ruled in their favor anyway. The day PayPal made the decision, China Post tracking shows both addresses. I'm not sure how they did that, but I feel that PayPal is aiding in the scam.

I set the rate to 1 because you can't set it to 0. I ordered through the TikTok shop, but the product never arrived despite receiving delivery confirmation. I contacted the service, and they only sent me a reply saying the courier had notified the delivery (which isn't true), and now they've disappeared.

I wish I could rate them -0….never receive nothing even tho it said delivered tracking number does bring up delivery service so I can contact them…I asked for delivery company name a 15+ times and I never get it probably because never existed in the first place I will be reporting them to the “Federal Trade Commission” (or whoever is responsible for investigating this company because they must be stopped from scamming people

I am lucky I came across the Trustpilot reviews after waiting almost four weeks with no delivery in sight. Even when I order from Temu or Shein, it never takes this long. That delay made me worry, so I searched the company on Google and found plenty of negative reviews and scam reports.

After seeing all that, I filed a chargeback through PayPal right away, and within ten minutes my money was refunded.
