Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. You won't receive your delivery... as there is nothing to receive!

You will get tracking information which is updated... but it is faked to make it seem legit.

You can email and complain, and you will get a response from 'Lily', but you will just be told it has been delivered.

The company is called 'Ferlagimo' but the the emails come from 'Ferilagimo'.

It doesn't matter what you email to 'Lily', you will just get responses from her saying it has been delivered.

I ordered over a month ago yesterday it said delivered i never received. And last month order a flat grill. Same shipping company did the same thing never received either one of them

Goods are never received however they produce false delivery records to stall refunds, always pay through Paypal and raise a case in the resolution centre to get your refunds. They will have to pay a fee for their service failure, only way to get money back is to claim

Scam, já vão mais de dois meses da minha compra. No site, o rastreamento diz que já foi entregue a 2 de novembro. Contactei o serviço PayPal para obter uma resposta sobre o pedido e eles abriram um ticket e disseram que já contactaram o vendedor. Eu já não espero receber nada, mas se todos fizerem isso, penso que pelo menos o PayPal possa vir a sugerir que compras nesse site não são de confiança.

This is a fake website. I orderd 2 christmas presents from hear via @tictok shop. These two kids used there own money to buy these items one has autism the other has ADHD so they rely on technology...however they choose these items themselves and after 40 days and the tracking telling us its been from China to denver bk to China then to the UK. They had the cheek to ask if we could check our neighbours. Yeah out house is a detached house on its own grounds the neatest neighbours are half a mile away in a different post code so after sending email after it saying it was delivered I checked our cameras. Nothing nit even a car or van came anywhere near us!!!!! I asked for the items a refund and £1000 compsation as they have let two disabled children down how low can ppl be??? And do they care. Like hell I just get excuses and no answers. So. What I want to know is what did these kids do to these scammers. LEEP WELL AWAY. Tic tok should know better

Bei mir das gleiche, bezahlt aber nichts erhalten. Paypal stellt sich quer, da der Verkäufer gefälschte Sendungsdaten an Paypal geschickt hat.

I ordered a portable tv and it says that it has been delivered, but I never received it. This seems to be a trend with this company. I will be reporting this to the BBB. You should not be taking advantage of the people that are trying to support your business, very disappointing.

Waited a month for the portable monitor. Says delivered at 1:52 am but nothing shows that someone came.. I’m pissed because I wish that I’d looked at the reviews before ordering . I’m pissed!!!!!😡

I ORDERED 2 OF THE CHRISTMAS TREES. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEM. YOU CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE THROUGH EMAIL. I'M TOLD THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED AND EVEN GOT A SIGNATURE. WHEN ASKED FOR A COPY OF SIGNATURE, I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE.

This is absolutely a scam and they know it I took a chance just to see if I would get lucky ordered something took over a month before I even heard from them then they say it was delivered told them I have cameras all around never heard nothing back from them glad I only spent $45

tracking is fake, they don't respond and stole 127.00 dollars from me

I ordered a monitor. After nearly a month the tracking advised that delivery was for Sunday, then Monday then Tuesday. I read up on the company and it advised to be careful as they were a scam company. I rang Paypal and advised them and requested a refund. I advised paypal that as soon as they start asking questions about my item the item would be marked as delivered. One hour after paypal inquiring about my item it was updated to delivered . How embarrising for the company.

I ordered a Christmas tree and it says it was delivered on the 8th at 430am. Yes 430am. Thats ridiculous because I live in the very rural country and noone delivers at 430am. I have sent 5 emails asking about my shipment and to this date I have not gotten one response.

Total Scam - I purchased this item. Said it was delivered and never delivered. I filed a complaint with Paypal and they immediately offered a 50% refund but I declined. I showed Paypal video proof that nothing was in my mailbox and interviewed the USPS employee that she said no box was delivered. This website is a total scam.

I have read some articles or posts, the same situation happened with me, I ordered one MONITOR portable from the same name as show on top, the price it very from country, it took (1 ) one month waiting for the item to arrived and suddenly I was into the house on the 10th of November 2025, suddenly I heard a notification displayed on my phone saying that my parcel has been delivered, I wondered look everywhere asking my neighbor no one has received this parcel, after that I have two emails asking for details and no reply from them, then I contacted PayPal and they issued my refund, in short I will beg your please please please read my post before using this company, they using china post rubbish, I beg do not buy nothing from them other you will at the same situation as my self, look for other rather than this go away and look further better option, good luck and see you guys.

This is a scam,i made my order,43inch tv 2times ,the track and trace is telling deliverd,but is a scam,we have open shop,delivery has never been there,i am reading this same bullshit, with other customers, this company is a big scam dont buy here,allso not with paypal, because this company, has some body at China post,they are getting ,delivered message, and that is what they send to paypal,and paypal beliefs them,and now we will not get our money back,very angry,really scammers this company.

I ordered two of those portable touch screen TV monitor costing 135.00 It took more than a month and says it was delivered. None was received. We even checked our cameras and no one came to deliver on the said date and time. I tried to contact them with no luck aside from the original China Post. Unfortunately It shows there is a scam going on here. Badly, TIKTOK allows these company to advertise and use their platform. TIKTOK should be made responsible for these things, too. BEWARE OF THIS FERLAGIMO COMPANY.
