Ive already put a negative review on and ive im so annoyed with this company they state they want to help you and your account and understand your situation and im getting no way closer to sorting my account out. They dont get my mental health and how this company is making me worse. The complaints procedures are shocking and the staff are very rude via emaip and phone.

My recent two buying experiences with Ferno Time prove that there are still people and services that take pride in providing a reassuring and honest customer experience. Specifically, Ferno Time, based in the UK, is a niche online boutique that specializes in pre-owned Panerai references. My dealings with Will, himself a Panerai aficionado, during my initial purchase were characterized by his patience and detail in addressing my questions, as well as his timely communication around package timing and delivery logistics (which included his providing a video of the secure packaging of the watch as well as shipping/tracking details) was notably reassuring since he was shipping to me in the US. And indeed the watch arrived soundly and exactly as described. Moreover, it was because of this experience that I reached out to Ferno Time again a week later to ask whether they thought they could source a rarer Panerai reference for me, realizing this may take them some time. However, Will got back to me within a couple of days informing me that through his network he was able to source this rare reference for me. The delivery of this piece was coordinated with the same care and attention as my first purchase. Again, excellent customer service and start-to-end support by the Ferno Time team. I recommend them for all your Panerai needs without hesitation, and I look forward to my future dealings with them for my next Panerai purchase.
