Mark and his team were excellent. Any minor issues were quickly resolved. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic few days. Great response from the team. The only hic cup in the arrangement was transport to venues from hotel, although the morning of the running a bus was put on and this worked great. Will certainly be telling friends this is a must do and sooner rather than later. Thanks heaps Mark

An absolutely wonderful, memorable, and exciting experience. Mark and his team were easy to work with and helped us plan a wonderful trip. We were kept informed from start to finish and were given the opportunity to ask all the questions we needed to ask, both before and during this exciting adventure. Lynette was a delight to talk to at our hotel. She guided us through our itinerary and was helpful with directions, so that we easily made it to our dinner and event reservations. Mark also was on hand to guide us to our balcony locations. The team took great care of all details. Pamplona, during the festival of San Fermin, is a party from sunrise to sunset. You could be lost in the maze without the help of Running with the Bulls and the Festival Pros team. Definitely reserve a balcony (we did it two mornings) and don't miss out on a morning at the Plaza de Toros to see the end of the run.

Our last minute requests were met with prompt attention. We both had a great time. I wish we had rested up more for the festivities. Next time, I'd stay downtown and plan to confirm months ahead to avoid the additional cost associated with late planning. It felt like we had the inside track the entire time.

The additional amenities (dinners, balconies, tours, cathedral, breakfast, fireworks ...) were ALL worth the extra costs. Don't shy away from those extra activities or you can miss the full flavor of the festival.

Pamplona was definitely a highlight to our two week European trip. Using Festival Pros was the best choice in making the most of this week. There is so much to see and do, that without them, I’m sure I would have missed some of the whole experience. I highly recommend adding all of his extra experiences to your trip. We especially loved our last minute add on of a “tapas and wine tasting lunch”! I would also recommend sitting in on some of his webinars. They were really helpful to the whole planning process! Don’t miss going to bullfight arena before the bulls enter at the end of the run. The best $5 euros we ever spent!

We were very fortunate to find such a trustworthy, knowledagble and conscientious travel organization to lead us through and around Pamplona and, more importantly, Fiesta! Mark and his team are top shelf.

We booked 7 events and every single one was amazing! The guides were so knowledgeable and kind. We had an absolutely fabulous time and wouldn’t hesitate to book through them again!!

The opening ceromony was amazing from the balcony - a very expensive trip being from Australia - with a bit of effort you could navigate the entire trip and experience by yourself as long as you are early....
If you don’t want to do the effort then pay Running with the Bulls and they will happily do everything for you and charge you accordingly...
Happy we did it but very expensive - would we recommend it - Hmmmmm - it was okay everyone worked very hard to please and it suits maybe the American clientele

Mark helped me arrange an unbelievable experience for my family! I had special requests and last minute additions. I highly recommend the Torero training. My husband and nephew learned valuable information that helped them the day they ran.

Mark, Lynnette and their team made sure every detail was addressed...from the pre-festival emails explaining the region to our departure. There was no better way to be introduced to the San Fermin festival and Pamplona. I can't wait to recommend them to friends and collegues looking for a top notch experience. I look forward to traveling with Mark again!

Festival Pros could easily be a five star provider. They have one fatal flaw-Transportation! Guest staying at Gorraiz Hotel were not provided with adequate transportation to all events. Many many times guest including myself had to be transported by cab at last minute. Sometimes cabs were paid for by Pros but most of time paid for by guest. Every event transportation caused confusion and stress to guest. Guest were forced to take earlier shuttles and this did not come close to solving transportation. If you have 60 guest you must have 60 seats on the shuttle. It's simple math.

It would be nice to know that you can take food and drink into the Bullfights. Maybe a note to that effect in envelopes with tickets.

Maybe Host at each hotel could have a handout of websites to go to that have bull run videos.

our expectations! I totally recommend going with Festival Pros to Pamplona, to the Running of the Bulls! They are THE experts, consummate professionals and super fun, kind, attentive, helpful and nice! Kudos to Mark and his staff! Many thanks to Mark, Kelly, Gonzalo Moncada, Javier Echeverria, and the ladies in the office at Hotel Catedral! You made all of the difference! What a resound success and unforgettable experience!!! Also, we loved the Hotel El Toro!!!☺

Everything was prifessionally handled. All staff members with whom we had contact were delightful and helpful. Liked hotel el toro, just did like the price gouging on the cost of the rooms. At least breakfast should have been included.

This is my first time dealing with Mark and Festival Pros. Mark was very professional and really helpful with his insights and providing us exactly what we wanted. We had a brilliant experience throughout and everything worked like clockwork. Would highly recommend Mark if you are looking at running with the bulls or spending time in the Pamplona area.

Absolutely amazing trip. From pickup in Biarritz to shuttle out all was perfect. The recommendations were spot on, the events and dinners were well organized and fun. We have 4 kids, ages 11- 15mos. And they had a blast and us the adults were as relaxed as we could be. This trip was the highlight of Europe for us.

Mark and his staff are top-notch! From the moment I originally contacted Festival Pros to the day we left Pamplona, they left no stone unturned to make sure the trip went without a hitch. I really like the mobile app they used as it was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Festival Pros to anyone considering Pamplona and running of the bulls. Mark is an incredible host. Not only is he warm and friendly to his guests, but extremely organized, efficient, and creative. He offers such wonderful personal service. He is there with you as you find your balcony and watch the running of the bulls. He hosts a wonderful dinner and fireworks watching evening the night before the run, which is such fun. This was our family's favorite trip, thanks to Mark and Festival Pros.
