Lovely product

Very, very happy

I had to contact Customer Service as a light had been damaged in transit. The phone was answered immediately by Nicole who went above and beyond the call of duty and was very helpful. The success of Amazon is partly down to their excellent customer service. First Choice Lighting have taken a leaf from the same book. They now have a new loyal customer.

The contacts and the switch on the battery compartment for our bathroom LED mirror had corroded.
I emailed First Choice asking for the cost of a replacement.
Received a reply from Laura stating that a new battery carriage was already in the post, no charge.
Can't fault that kind of service. Well done First Choice.

Just what I wanted and delivered safely to time.

Excellent customer care. An item was faulty, I emailed with photos and received a response almost immediately followed by a phone call very shortly afterwards. Replacement issued same day without having to wait for faulty item to be returned (I understand this is manufacturer dependent and may not always be the case). Items received (other than the fault) were really lovely and well priced. Would certainly order again in the future based on this (first) experience. Super speedy delivery with DPD also.

Product arrived and didn’t work properly. Rang but office was closed so sent an email. Received a call back the next morning (twice, I didn’t pick up the first time) and swapped emails, which were very promptly replied to. They immediately shipped a replacement and shared tracking details. Fingers crossed for the second one

Quick delivery. Very helpful when I enquired about something. Just waiting for the electrician to fit the light! The website had one of the widest choices and it was easy to filter information.

I ordered 2 lovely bobble table lamp bases at such a great price and excellent quality. The sage base went beautifully with my William Morris lamp shade and painted living room. Free and quick delivery, what more can one ask.
