I can’t speak highly enough of Comet Lighting’s customer service. I ordered Aartin’s Eden Green Ceramic Table Lamp along with a 35cm lampshade. When the items arrived, I noticed a scratch on the bulb holder of the lamp base, and unfortunately the shade was disproportionately too big.

I called Comet Lighting but couldn’t get through initially, so I left a message. Just a few minutes later, I received a call back from their sales representative, Olivia. She was very helpful and quickly offered a solution—exchanging my items for the Aartin’s Eden Green Ceramic Table Lamp with Green and White Ikat Lampshade (25cm) set, which was also available on their website. As this set was cheaper, they also arranged to refund the difference. All I needed to do was return the lampshade, with the cost covered by Comet, which I thought was a generous gesture.

I’ve since received the new lamp and shade set and am delighted with it. Just as importantly, I was very impressed with the exceptional service from Olivia. She stayed in constant contact throughout the exchange, delivery, and return process, and was always warm, responsive, and helpful.

If I need lighting in the future, I'll definitely order form Comet Lighting again.

The delivery from DPD goofed up as our home was at a new built postcode and sent back the parcel. This really got me irked as it was lot easier to check on Google and our address is right there. I then contacted Comet about this goof up in live chat and they instantly contacted the supplier and sent back the replacement for next day delivery. They even followed up on the next day for delivery confirmation. Brilliant to see such level of personal service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company to deal with and range and prices are great. If you need a supplier of lighting I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying from them. If I’m looking for further lighting this is where I’d look first. Thank you Comet Lighting

I was recently sent two lamps and shades and whilst they were a gift I am more than happy with them, there was an initial issue with one of the bases and shades, but this was resolved quickly with two new shades being sent and one new base.

Both the lamp bases and shades are stunning and I have them in my living room.

I love my higgldy lamp with shade, good quality and this thing has some weight to it so not easily knocked over, very very pretty, will be buying the berry pink one nearer Christmas for my granddaughter.

Trouble free transaction. The lights were good quality and a competitive price and packaging and delivery was first class. I did have a concern that the delicate glass fittings might have some damage in transit but all was good.
