Prompt delivery of correct bulbs from comprehensive range

Good communication and follow up regarding a deliverey problem with Evri ~ a company I have had cause to complain about previously.

Good products/website, prompt service, nothing to fault

Some of the items were poorly packaged and were damaged before they arrived. Still waiting for replacements to arrive two week later.

Good quality products delivered quickly and very reasonable prices

No issues with order with offers of help if required. Didn’t need it thanks.

Order processed and delivered extremely prompt

The ordering and delivery process were very good. The product however is very disappointing. I ordered G10 bulbs which are described as cool white, but in practice are a warm white so do not match my existing bulbs.

yes they supply the item but PLEASE DONT think a 5 yr gtee means theyll replace a faulty item if it fails after 6 months. Noooo!!!!! they work out a pro rata refund, and prob wont have same item in stock to replace leaving you needing to by more if you got a PAIR OF WALL LIGHTS OR MORE!!!

Delivered 2 small bulbs very quickly. The p&p cost doubled the total I paid, but that was my choice. Naturally, I then saw them on sale in my local supermarket, but, ce la vie! What surprised me was that they were delivered in a cardboard box that could have contained 100 or more of the bulbs if stacked properly. As such, it wouldn't fit through my letterbox and was left behind my bins! I was expecting a small, padded envelope. That aside, I have used them before and have always gone back, which I don't expect to change

Good product which arrived on time. However, the GU10 LED bulbs were out of stock with no indication of when they would be available. So had to shop around and purchase elsewhere.
