Absolutely brilliant customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Other firms could learn a great deal from you. My only problem was I had ordered the wrong bulbs in the first place. Idiot me.... Toon meer

Fast delivery and good value thanks. I have used LUMiLiFe LED downlighter bulbs before and they seem to last much better than other brands I have used. Their feel and appearance seems superior.

Delivered 2 small bulbs very quickly
Delivered 2 small bulbs very quickly. The p&p cost doubled the total I paid, but that was my choice. Naturally, I then saw them on sale in my local supermarket, but, ce la vie! What surprised me was that they were delivered in a cardboard box that could have contained 100 or more of the bulbs if stacked properly. As such, it wouldn't fit through my letterbox and was left behind my bins! I was expecting a small, padded envelope. That aside, I have used them before and have always gone back, which I don't expect to change

Recessed ceiling lights.
Good product which arrived on time. However, the GU10 LED bulbs were out of stock with no indication of when they would be available. So had to shop around and purchase elsewhere.
