We did attempt to contact you regarding this, as the courier advised the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour due to the delivery address not including a house number or name.
As we didn’t receive a response, we were unable to resolve this and had to proceed with cancelling and refunding the order.
For future orders, please ensure the full address details are included so delivery can be completed without issue.

"Next day delivery" turns out to be 6 days and counting... Choose a better delivery service or get bad reviews

Don't be fooled by the next day delivery. It is not. Ordered parcel with next day delivery and here we are a week on with still nothing.
Do not order from here if you are needing something in a hurry.

Energy efficient A have a brighter light than energy efficient F
I have this Philips bulb lights for about 10 years. Now I need to replace some of them .
I bought the same ones .
On LED Bulb shop online is written on specification the bulbs are energy efficient A and I received energy efficient F .
Now I can see the difference between the old ones which have a white light and the new ones the lights are yellow.

Thanks for your feedback — we understand how this can be confusing.
The energy rating isn’t part of the bulb’s specification itself — it’s a classification given after testing, based on how efficiently the bulb performs under the current rating system.
Since 2021, the UK/EU scale has been updated and made stricter (A–G), so products that were previously rated A or A++ can now be graded E or F. This doesn’t mean the bulb is less efficient, just that the criteria has changed.
We haven’t received any direct contact from you yet, but if you’re able to send us photos of the bulb and the box (including the specifications), we can take a closer look for you.
