I've tried to call to check on a delivery. I have had my order acknowledgement but since then nothing. I called and left a message and have tried 4 times calls with go to voicemail or cut off. I have also tried to email. Nothing which is quite crap for a wholesaler. We rely on quick delivery and they probably rely on good feedback and communication. That's been lacking and I've still no clue when my goods will be delivered.
This company are the worst I have ever had ro deal with to get a phone response, after numerous attempts and left messages I am left with no other option then to stop using them and go elsewhere.

Ordered some switches and sockets for next day delivery. It’s been 4 days nothings arrived. I’ve been charged, but have no confirmation email and no response to the email I’ve sent.

I started a charge back with paypal to get my money back, but cancelled ir when I received the order 3 days later.
A simple answer to my multiple emails would have been enough.
I may not buy from this company again.

Very disappointing experience. Customer service was essentially nonexistent — I called more than 50 times over two days with no answer. I also emailed to follow up on my order and received only one response. When I replied requesting a cancellation, I didn’t hear back at all.
I placed my order on Friday and, by the following Thursday, still had no updates. Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
Ordered items or a Monday morning. Received invoice same day confirming items dispatched.
Sat in all following day awaiting delivery. No update or notification or update received.
Attempted to call store several times but got advisors are busy messaging then eventually an answer machine.
After several calls finally got an answer and spoke to Tony. He checked order. Said some items had come in overnight, but order still not dispatched. Would look to get it sent out following day even though it have an electrician coming that day to install items.
No attempt to provide a solution or try to dispatch items prior to 4pm deadline for following day delivery.
Promised a call back before 5pm. No call but thank goodness I received proof of a refund.
Avoid at all cost. False advertising showing items in stock, pay for next day delivery then just get delays with zero customer service.
Will stick to using more reliable, trustworthy companies in future.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Ordered multiple items online, all quoted as “in stock and next day delivery.”
I received an immediate order confirmation and then…nothing ….radio silence.
Next day nothing, no despatch confirmation, so I tried to contact them on 8 separate occasions that day via telephone but you just get the usual- your held in a queue please wait, we are experiencing high call volumes etc, then after 10 mins wait the line goes blank and your cut off.
I needed the order quickly for my customer which is why I chose the “Electrical Counter” because they quoted “next day” delivery and “ in stock “.
I tried to contact them via the online contact form but there was no response from that either.
A few days later I did finally manage to contact a lady who was very helpful and who authorised a refund but the end result was that I had to source the products locally at a slightly higher price and this delayed the project and cost me money.
I’ll never buy from them again , please be aware that it’s unlikely that the products are actually in stock and in my experience no way are you getting next day delivery.

Miss leading delivery information on website and customer services also give wrong information relating to delivery. Delivery service is extremely poor.
Dont trust them.
Say everything is on stock for next day delivery then 4 days later no delivery. Calm and they say half the order isn't on stock and make up excuses.
Won't be using them again. Delayed me on one job and caused major issues with my order for a job next week.
Liars.
Poor service. Ordered a single item to see if it was what I was looking for. Item been ordered 5 days and still haven’t received it. Won’t be doing the bulk order which I had planned.
never deliver things on time, the 2-3 days is a total lie, they can't be bothered to quote new items even though the email address literally has the word "quotations@" in it, costs extra time and money waiting around for it , for the few Quid extra may as well go wholesaler and get it there and then
Great prices and quick delivery. Everything was packed very safely so arrived in perfect condition.
We use these guys as local in Kent and we try to support local businesses but if you are buying in volume their prices are pretty much the best. The dispatch is usually slick and arrives within 2 days but on our last order it was not sent out as quick but as soon as I called the team to follow up I hadn't seen a dispatch yet order was placed day before, she called the warehouse and it arrived next door.
We needed to do a refund on one order (we placed 2 recently) and initially getting a RTA code took 3 calls but the lady who took the last call was brilliant making sure it arrived before she hung up. The refund it took about a week to come back after delivery with a nice apology. So we highly recommend them.
No fuss,sent me exactly what I required in no time.

Places & paid for my order, recieved a receipt. 10 days later, nothing, no tracking, no communication. I email and im told, so sorry, items not in stock, should be in any day now and sent out. 4 days later, nothing still. I call this time, pretty much the same, standard response. 16 days I on I claim my money back via paypal & today they send me an e mail, asking for a review of the company and my experience.
