Hi Mr. Peter,
We're delighted your dehumidifier arrived so quickly, especially with free delivery less than 24 hours after ordering. It's fantastic to hear it's already working well, and it's surprising just how much moisture can be hiding in the air around your home. We hope it continues to make a real difference for you 💧🏎️

Poor presentation
The item I chose was as described on the website and for the very short period I have used the item it’s been excellent but let’s be honest we knew that.
What’s annoying to me is the product arrived in a box that was dirty and dusty which to me means that your company needs to look into your warehouse presentation. I have to keep the box because should something go wrong, you would need me to return the item inside the box, please think.
To some customers they might not care but that box is coming into my home. The joy of the purchase is spoiled.
Also why is there no privacy, everyone in the street knows I just purchased a Arête two, ok I understand packaging and wastage and the environment BS but that’s not the real reason. Lazy and careless is the answer, of course the neighbours knowing doesn’t really evoke emotion but lets think about it as a business.
Companies focus on next day delivery as if that’s the deal maker, I do not care about how fast they deliver I care about all of the above more.
I would buy the product again but I could buy it from others.
Personally I’m not a customer that’s overly concerned about discount and emails and all the sales videos on tube etc I buy an item because I can afford it, if I can’t I buy the best product I can afford.
I would suggest you invest in your business delivery and QCQA.

Antwoord van Air Con Centre
Hi Matthew,
We're pleased to hear your Arete Two is performing well so far and that the product itself has met your expectations. However, we're sorry the condition and presentation of the packaging took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience receiving your new purchase.
We completely understand your concerns about a dusty or dirty box arriving at your home, particularly when you may wish to keep the packaging for future use. While our products are stored and dispatched in their original manufacturer's packaging, we appreciate that the condition of the box still forms part of the overall customer experience. Your comments regarding warehouse presentation and quality checks are valuable, and we'll ensure they're passed on to the relevant team.
We also appreciate your point about privacy and the product being identifiable from its packaging. While dispatching items in their original boxes helps reduce unnecessary additional packaging and waste, we recognise that some customers would prefer their purchases to arrive more discreetly.
We're sorry we fell short of your expectations in these areas, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. It's encouraging to hear you're happy with the dehumidifier itself, and we hope it continues to perform brilliantly for you.
Best wishes,
Elise
