Trouble free transaction
Trouble free transaction. The lights were good quality and a competitive price and packaging and delivery was first class. I did have a concern that the delicate glass fittings might have some damage in transit but all was good.

Quality all-round
Very happy with the quality of the light fitting and the service provided. The initial delivery had a hiccup (no fault of comet lighting). They responded to my email very quickly and another fitting was on its way in no time at all. Great service.

Nice products, good customer service.
I ordered 4 light fittings, 3 of which arrived fine, but one arrived with five broken crystal droplets. This was only discovered after my fitter had installed the light fitting. I informed Comet Customer Services and an arrangement was made to have replacement droplets sent to me from the supplier. I received these with a couple of days. I'm happy with the service I received and the light fittings I purchased.
