Absolutely awful, told me the car would be 4 month wait time then messaged 2 days after ordering saying it was ready and forced me to take delivery early (so i said ok ill take it sooner rather than later), then on the day before delivery rung me to say they wont be delivering and is being delayed again meaning i had to rearrange pick up of current car and insurance for both vehicles.
im writing this before even taking delivery of car so many more failures to come i imagine
i will never use them again.

The deal I got is unbelievable I’m paying double for the same car with another company! I didn’t believe it till the car turned up super impressed and will be using again in the future

V nice staff and responses to emails but:
No telephone number to call
V. late delivery of car - told delivery would be early June, came late June ( no car at home made it difficult)
Delivery driver V. nice but
The driver's footwell was dirty - if no carpet mats, they should put down footwell protection (garages do this)

Amazing service! Georgina was amazing and always kept me upto date. Service from start to finish was amazing and delivery quick and simple. Very happy with the car and FVL.

Hard work pushing for updates once fee paid. Telephone mail boxes always full so can’t leave messages. Inaccurate delivery date offered when information then conflicting.
However, car eventually received and all OK

Third time using this company, all staff are helpful, efficient, not push or sales-y at all make you feel really comfortable and always get the best price. Great delivery, easy to book in collections and delivery. All round fantastic people to deal with. Thanks to everyone - especially Peter Sherry who has helped me this time round ! I was able to order my car with ease and was guided throughout the whole process by Ruth, from order to delivery. If I had any questions, she and the team were able to readily answer them in an efficient and friendly manner. Would certainly recommend!

Exceptional seamless service from start to finish. The staff were so helpful answering any questions or concerns put to them. The processes were straight forward and we received our new car within 3 weeks. The gentleman who delivered our car was also friendly, helpful and caring. I cannot recommend this company enough. 5 star service.

My experience with the company was okay until I decided to cancel my lease contract. The FVL contract stated that I am entitled to a partial refund of the processing fee if the contract is cancelled within 14 days . I have contacted the company many times to enquire about my refund, but they are ignoring my emails and my request. Their approach to customer service is poor and disgraceful.

Very friendly and helpful team, always willing to help and talk through the process. As a first timer, very happy with the support I was given through the whole process

I recently completed a new lease agreement within a week, in a fuss-free transaction which was delivered in a professional and friendly manner, and at an extremely competitive price. Highly recommended.

Gentleman that delivered the car was great, he provided everything that was needed and explained the car very well.

I found First Vehicle Leasing to be very good to work with. Their sales approach was to listen to what I was looking for, answer questions, provide quotes and then leave me to make my mind up as to what I wanted to do, and it didn't seem to matter how many times I asked. Once the vehicle was ordered, their communication was good, keeping us updated. The only wrinkle came in the form of the supplying dealer. It is worth saying, the car was delivered in line with the original estimate - however, there was a suggestion we could get the vehicle earlier, which got pushed back a couple of times until it arrived on the originally projected date - so - not a fail - but a bit of an issue with expectation management. Other than that, it's been a smooth, easy and enjoyable experience to lease our car.
