The service was excellent. I had a major problem with the car itself upon delivery, but in fairness it was taken away and brought back sorted within 24 hours.

Over promise and under deliver. Finally received my car over a month after promised. Advertised as in stock..it wasn’t..changed colour to receive one that was ready..it wasn’t. Sales bloke stopped communicating once paperwork signed.

I'm really sorry you did not have a good experience with us. I can see you originally ordered a car with us in May with an estimated delivery of late September so the car was not advertised or sold to you as in stock. Unfortunately, this batch of cars was subject to a production delay with the manufacturer which meant they did not arrive in line with the original estimate. I can also see that you opted to change colour to a one that was coming sooner and it did come sooner (the original car has still not arrived with the dealer). Unfortunately, Paul, who you dealt with when you ordered the car, left FVL so that may be the reason for the lack of comms from him. I can see that other colleagues were in touch with you regularly about your order.

Nothing was too much trouble.
From the first enquiry to getting my car the service was great. I had quite a few questions through out the process and nothing was too much trouble. They always made me feel important. I now have my car and so pleased with everything. Specially the price.
