Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! 7 years salesforce admin and I never had such horrible experience with antipathetic techs.
Update:
We getting some Apex code errors - tech support try to solve it for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks they set me up with professional services... 30 min call, which I explain my issue, the answer was "go read the admin guide" (1000 pages). issue never solved.
We pay for List Sync Plus, by Five9 docs this what we need to load custom objects, but we get APEX code error, and Five9 ask us to pay for bug fix?

Enjoyed the implementation team that I have worked with. Would like to see more web based administration tools, that way I could access when I'm not at my computer, specifically tablets and phones.
Mostly Worth the Cost
It's a good program that works a good percentage of the time. There are a few hiccups along the way but their engineers do tend to do a good job of fixing the issue within a 24 hr period.
They are at least one of the better phone systems out there and I do like their abilities for integration into many systems.

Five 9 has gained some favoritism with me over the years. During our launch we had several outages with delayed responsiveness or non-customer-centric support during after hours.
Over the last several months, the company has increased in quality, responsiveness and prior correspondences regarding planned downtimes.
I believe the company will have my 4 stars very soon...just a really rough start in our relationship.

Our company has been using Five9 for a little over a year. The program itself is amazing and works beautiful. There are some wrinkles in customer service and I can usually solve my problem myself before they can identify what is going on. There are too many steps in the process. Otherwise, great.
