Simon is a great heating engineer. I had a number of problems with the heating. He quickly diagnosed them, solved the main issue and suggested which one to take to the manufacturer under the warrantee

After performing a very thorough boiler and cylinder service, he highlighted a number of advisories and made some adjustments that made the boiler much quieter. All followed up with all relevant certificates by email.

Booking was very efficient online and he was organised and very tidy!

Flash heating and plumbing was recommended to me 4 or 5 years ago and have always found them top class. Simon always reminds me that my annual boiler service is due. He is always tidy and thorough.

The shower in our bathroom suddenly started to leak. We contacted Simon who came round, worked out the cause of the problem, purchased replacement parts and had it all up and working the same day.
He always works quickly but in a very organised way, leaving things clean and tidy.
We could not recommend him more highly.

As always courteous, efficient and on time even giving me an update when 8 minutes away really useful.
