My bouquet got changed without asking for my agreement. I was only informed that it was changed. The new bouquet is not as beautiful as the one I picked before.

Excellent delivery service, beautiful flowers. BUT, no signature , they did not know who sent the flowers!!

Une confirmation de livraison devrait être envoyé par courriel ou texto à l’acheteur. Joli bouquet, mais petit malgré les options d’ajouts achetés.

Mon destinataire n'a jamais reçu mon bouquet. Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais l'adresse de livraison était la même que celle de facturation, alors que j'avais mis au départ la bonne adresse. Ensuite j'ai été reçu

Foi muito fácil realizar a compra mesmo estando no Brasil, atendimento rápido e sem complicações. Com certeza irei fazer ovos pedidos.

Still not delivered on 10/26/2026 !! Even more, the beneficiary has to pay extra fees when it was incuded in the package. Very bad experience.

Extremely Disappointed – Horrible Customer Service

I am grieving the loss of a loved one, and the last thing I should have to deal with during such a difficult time is this kind of unacceptable service.

I placed my order specifically for the date of the funeral and even provided a preferred delivery time, if possible. Instead, my order was delivered a day early, with the excuse that delivery could not be made on the requested date.

You had my phone number. A simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have been the professional and respectful thing to do. If you could not fulfill my order as requested, you should have contacted me, offered to cancel it, and issued a full refund rather than making that decision without my consent.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, the representative kept repeating the same explanation over and over again, insisting that there was nothing that could be done. No compassion, no understanding, no attempt to offer a solution. Just the same response repeatedly, as though that somehow justified what had happened.

When someone places an order for a funeral, the delivery date is not a minor detail. It is the entire purpose of the order.

At a time when compassion, understanding, and professionalism should matter most, your company failed miserably.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I would strongly recommend that others NOT use this service, especially for important and sensitive occasions such as funerals. The last thing a grieving family needs is additional stress and disappointment caused by a company that fails to honour its commitments and shows no accountability.

This company has exceptional customer service! I had placed an order that fell the day after the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday and didn't think about any possible delays, but the florist did. As they could not deliver on my requested day, they provided premium service and very nice chocolate at their expense to make up for any inconvenience! Not many businesses will do that, and even though it was unnecessary, their kindness and consideration were greatly appreciated. Besides that, their products themselves are wonderful. I highly recommend this florist.

I ordered and paid for flowers to be DELIVERED to my handicapped mother for her 80th birthday. Instead, the carrier you chose for delivery contacted them so someone could go pick them up. Extremely poor customer service once I reached someone on the phone. I will never use your company again.

The bouquet she received was smaller that the one I paid and she got 2 ballons instead of 3

On m’a informé le lendemain de ma commande que j’avais oublié un 15% de réduction alors qu’il n'était pas visible lors de la commande.
Pour me dépanner suite au retard de la livraison, on me dit que j’aurai un crédit lors de mon prochain achat en magasin
( je demeure à Montréal et j’ai commandé à Sherbrooke !!!). Donc plusieurs déceptions.

Il y a eu un délai de 1 jour mais le bouquet était beau. J’ai eu un upgrade avec des chocolats mais j’aurais choisi une autre sorte

Malheureusement, très déçu de mon achat. Ce sont des vieilles fleurs qui sont sèches et en fin de vie. Je viens d’arriver chez ma mère car je lui avais fait livrer et offert ce bouquet de fleurs mais je suis très très très deçu. J’aurais dû lui en apporter du Costco fraîches et au tiers du prix !!! Elles venaient de chez Poésie Florale !!!

J’ai eu le suivi de ma commande pas à pas et j’ai été prévenue en direct de sa livraison qui était parfaitement conforme à mon choix
