Fleurtations as a company are amazing we were and have been looking for a Jellycat item for some time now we touched base with Kirsten in the customer service team and the challenge was set within 2 hours the item was found and for this our amazing granddaughter was most grateful so thank you Kirsten and Fleurtations 5 star all day every day

My mum wanted to send a Jelly Cat Bunny to her granddaughter..ordering was easy..delivery was so fast, price was brilliant and the bunny arrived with a gorgeous personal message from my mum. 5 Stars all round, what a super company!

I've used Fleurtations several times now. They're so easy to contact via Facebook or email with any queries and dispatch/delivery is always timely. Really impressed. Don't be put off by the website. I was initially but these guys are great.

I was a bit unsure by the website as it's basic- looks a little unsafe or fake- so I checked on Trustpilot to make sure they were official and the reviews were mixed but yes, it was official. I made my purchase and it arrived just a couple of days later. Great price and super fast. I was very pleased and would definitely shop with them again!

I was a bit hesitant ordering initially as I was unfamiliar with this company but the Jellycat toys were temptingly cheap. I figured that using PayPal would cover me if there were any issues, but in the event there was nothing to worry about. The toys were delivered swiftly and I am very happy with them. Excellent service.

Ordered 3 heart funeral tributes for my step mum's funeral on 18th July.

First time i tried to order the lady at the shop said they didn't deliver to my area, the owner then informed me this was a mistake and that they do. Second try i was told delivery was £15 (more expensive than a taxi) i simply stated that i would go elsewhere, i was rudely told, 'yes i suggest you do that'. I complained to the owner who accused me of using foul language to her staff and that she couldn't find a free delivery driver or a car that runs on air. Ridiculously rude pair.

Called into Fleurtations to order some funeral flowers.The staff were amazing, nothing was a problem.
My grandad was always shopping and would never be without his Tesco club card . So I asked if they could make one. The staff didn’t even flinch and said ,not a problem. The flowers were amazing, looked fantastic! Thank you so much, it made a lot of people smile on a sad day .

First time ordering from Fleurtations and I am incredibly impressed with the service provided. I was a little sceptical at first ordering from somewhere I didn’t know but the price of the jelly cat my daughter wanted was so much cheaper than anywhere else, so I decided to give them ago plus they had free delivery for items over £20.00. I placed my order 2 days ago and today my order has arrived. The jelly cat is perfect, exactly as described so my daughter will love it. I would defiantly purchase from Fleurtations again.

Fleurtations are an amazing company. Quick, reliable delivery! As well as the most amazing customer service! I wouldn’t buy my Jellycats from anyone else! Also not to mention their prices are the best around!

The website claims to respond within 2 days. Having sent 3 emails and with nil response, I have come to the conclusion that the email contact does not actually exist. A shame because I tried to place an order owing to their reviews.

Ordered a few times now, Jellycat toys which are competitively priced. The parcel has been packaged fine and arrived as expected.

Recently ordered a jellycat toy for my daughter. Unfortunately even though it was tracked delivery this item failed to turn up. I contacted Fleurtations and explained what had happened, they immediately despatched the same item again without any charge even though this was not their fault but Royal Mails. My daughter has eventually received Princess Chihuahua today and loves her. Thank you so much Fleurtations, will definitely recommend and reorder from you again. First class.
