I want to give a special shoutout to Ayanda. Honestly, my confidence in Flight Centre going into this was low, but I decided to go with them because of my experience with Ayanda.

What really stood out to me is that a great experience isn't just about when everything goes smoothly, it's about how things are handled when they don't. On a recent trip to Mauritius, the partners on the ground didn't communicate or plan our airport transfers properly, and it was genuinely stressful. Despite being in a different time zone, Ayanda didn't let that stop her from owning the problem and staying on it with us until it was resolved, all while managing our frustration with real professionalism.

Beyond that, she made the whole trip seamless, planning everything and communicating clearly with us every step of the way. Thank you, Ayanda, for making this trip such a great experience.

Flight Centre- Kei Shopping Centre Benoni. I will only EVER work with Flight Centre in future. Leitha Lietha Vellema is more than outstanding. I took 10 photographers to Uzbekistan. Lietha arranged all the flights, visas, travel insurance. But that is not all. We had problems with Kyrgyzstan visas. Between Lietha and our tour operator in Uzbek, together they managed to change our trip routing to Uzbekistan, within 36 hours. She is wonderful. When she was out of office, her staff were also so very helpful. My husband now books his company flights through Flight Centre, as well. My 2026 tours to Morocco, Uzbekistan again, and Japan are being orchestrated through Lietha. I mean who else would I choose. You have one incredible tour operator at Flight Centre. Thank you for making our trip hassle free.
