Flightlinkwales Reviews

Booked online which was so easy, the day before I was due to travel I received a text to confirm that everything was still ok and the details of the car and driver picking me up, they arrived on time and the driver was so helpful, brilliant start to my hols. On return again received a text, I was slightly delayed but I went to the desk my driver was waiting for me again very helpful with my case, I cannot recommend them enough 5 star service from start to finish. I noticed the one bad review about the prices but they were actually cheaper than the taxi company from my local area

Easy to book via website, car waiting for me upon arrival back into Cardiff Airport. Recommend to book in advance via website as priority journey home

Fast, efficient, punctual and 100% reliable. Best of all? our driver
Sharon! Offered to stop at shop for essentials on way home, she really did go the extra mile. Would highly recommend.

Came back to get ripped off!🤬from Turkey 2.30 am September 2025.
Needed a taxi from the airport to Barry 4.8 miles for that I was charged £26-50 on my card .
I thought it was a bit much checking with uber £17.25I know prices vary with uber but not by £9 . Never again.

Excellent service once again ! I have been using this company for years and they are the most reliable company. They go out of their way to ensure you receive the best service and particular mention to Miah 81 who is an absolute delight, as we can depend on him for a warm welcome, superb service and extremely helpful !

Miah81 was a good driver very helpful with and my family thanks filghtlink.

Miah81 very helpful, given extra time in cab as waiting around at the airport. Very kind

MIH 81 picked me and my husband from Cardiff airport to our house. He drove very carefully and was very polite. When we arrived at our house, he offered to carry our cases inside the front door. We found him to be very kind and considerate and we appreciated his help as we are both elderly.

Excellent service! Our flight was delayed slightly but our driver Sharon was waiting for us so we were able to ahead home straight away.
Sharon was really friendly and professional and made the 30 minute journey fly by.
The whole process, from booking to being dropped off at home was smooth and hassle free. Would 100% recommend!

Used the company multiple times for transfers to and from Cardiff Airport.
They've always showed up on time, vehicles have been clean and the drivers have been polite and driven sensibly.
Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Sharon was a super friendly and knowledgeable driver that put me at my ease. Regular updates on ETA for arranging pickup at the airport from Sharon, and good communication from the company in arranging. Would recommend.

We arrived at Bristol Airport from Berlin late (about 11.30pm) on 5 June 2025. On Landing in Bristol, we received a text message from our driver - YAMIN - telling us where to find him and in no time, our bags were in his car and we were on our way home! The drive home was safe and comfortable and in no time we were there!
Thanks FlightLinkWales and Driver Yamin for such a relaxed journey at the end of our late flight!

Sharon was amazing-our flight was delayed but she was on hand to help us with our luggage etc. Very smooth ride home. Thanks Sharon. A smooth end to a challenging journey home.

Hi I had a taxi with driver 81 or Foiz that's his name. He was lovely, helping me with my luggage into my hotel. He has a very caring manner and I felt safe as a solo traveller. I would highly recommend you use his services 👍💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

Booked well in advance. Communication was excellent with text reminders before each transfer. The transport turned up on time at 4am for the outward journey. On our return, the flight was delayed by 3 hours but our transport was ready immediately. Will definitely use again.
