Fantastic service delivery. They contacted me immediately after I made payments for my wife and I. The booked flight and hotel reservations checked out, cus I confirmed them before submitting to the embassy. Although I requested and paid for an extension which I ended up not needing cus our visa came out in less than 10days. Would have rated them above 5star if it were possible. Yes!!! will definitely use them again!

Update: I reached out to them concerning the extension service which I won't be needing. Guess what? they refunded! Yes they refunded the extension charge I paid! if only I can rate them beyond 5stars, I would rate them 15 cus they exceeded my service delivery expectations by 3 folds.

Really I shocked from the quick respond with the flight booking , I paid for regular order which is 15 hours and they upgrade it to Rush for free and I got my booking within 1 hour .
It was first time using this service for booking a flight for my visa , I hope I will get it and for sure I will keep using that website for future booking not only for the visa application but will be for any booking as well .

Looking at great Trustpilot reviews, I paid the money & then was redirected to a form which took all my details & on submission said, there are technical issues & asked me to drop an email.

I also tried their other form on the main page & provided details & nothing happened.

So far, pretty bad. If it changes, will come back & update the review.

Edit - so I received mail from Alexandra within an hour of I sending information to them on email. The itinerary as pretty much what I needed. Hopefully this would fly for the visa. I have changed my rating as well. To be fully transparent, I did receive an email from Alexandra reminding me to update my review but I would have done nevertheless :).

Among all services I explored, these guys were the cheapest :).

At first I was a little concerned as I didn't get an immediate response via email. A phone number didn't work and there was no answer to my WhatsApp request either.
I then emailed an inquiry and received a response fairly quickly in the middle of the night. There was probably a technical problem. Then my reservation was processed quickly, even on Sunday. Thanks.

With them, I had a positive and easy transaction. Because they upgraded the service for free, I was able to acquire the plane ticket the same day even though I had only purchased the regular service and anticipated it would take two days.
