Very fast and efficient, amazing people.

I was per random comming on this page because I needed a flight reservation for my friend (Nigerian) for his visa application. Since it had to be quick, I chose "rush 8 hours" and was able to pay safely with PayPal. Then I received the email from Alexandra, to whom I explained our situation, who upgraded us to "critical 3 hours" free of charge and sent us the reservation directly. My friend printed everything out and submitted it. Unfortunately, it took the embassy more than 3 weeks to review the documents. I turned back to Alexandra, who offered me to extend the reservation for a price of 10 euros. Of course I did because we need this reservation. Unfortunately, this was necessary several times, because the embassy ultimately needed 8 weeks to make a decision.
This is great service and totally recommended.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY COOPERATIVE WITH ACCEPTABLE COST

I have to explain my case, my partner is from Senegal and iam Spanish living in Switzerland.
Switzerland allows to apply for Visa and actually gives them to non-married and no-registered couples when one is not from Schengen area... All was almost done but countries in transit décide not to allow him to pass through to fly to Zurich as there are not direct flights.
Non-sense at all.
Alexandra has been the most patience and nicest person in this whole process, has been my light in this darkness... Making all very easy to me, even the refund from the insurance, trying to help me, giving me options... Even answering my emails and being really understanding with my frustration and pain... Almost a year I don't see my family and neither my partner,but people on holiday... Super!
So I will come back when iam able to start again the process.

Definitely legit. I had my doubts too esp when I tried contacting them and they were not available even though they said they are 24/7. That bit isn't really true. However, the services rendered is verifiable. They helped with my flight itinerary(which I was able to confirm on the airline site and stayed on hold for days) and my travel insurance.
They are fast too and courteous. Totally recommend.
