Most recent pre order item seems to be delayed, expected end of September. Website says now due November. No communication from flightstore. If I get an update, if/when the item arrives, I will amend this review

Brilliant Service
I ordered a couple of items as a birthday present. Quality items, well packed. I'm sure the recipient will be pleased with them. I had some difficulty with receiving the parcel as unfortunately it got lost in transit. I contacted the store and was assisted by Sarah who went above and beyond to help me try and locate the original parcel, when this was unsuccessful she replaced the order with expedited delivery. Top notch friendly and responsive customer service. Full marks to Flightstore, will definitely be ordering again for my aviation-mad sister.

My order was delivered in only two days, even though it was fairly large item

Amazing customer service. Agent proactively reached out with shipping concerns and worked to find the best option. Purchase arrived quickly (even with international shipping) and was exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent prompt service and item just as described . Thank you .

Great value and fast delivery

It’s not when things go right that a review is worth writing - it’s when they go wrong! I managed to buy an aviation radio and for various reasons needed to return a charger and ICOM base unit. In neither case was I covered by warranty or contract condition, but Sarah at Flightstore took me through a process which might succeed - but didn’t guarantee it - in obtaining a refund and/or replacement and I therefore returned the equipment. Within a couple of days I had received a refund and a replacement base unit even though there was no obligation on Flightstore or ICOM to do this for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Flightstore (who reached out to ICOM on my behalf) and they are certainly my preferred supplier for anything to do with flying. Like with flying, opinions are formed and abilities tested when things go wrong and Flighstore were great

The items arrived earlier than expected so that was great.

The pilot dress ordered for our infant. The received dress was with too low quality considering the cost of the product. No comparison to what was shown in the website. I would not value it more than 5 pounds. The delivery charges are comparatively high and when we want to return the product, it's additional burden for us to pay for the postal charges again. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

easy to use and no problems to get what I ordered

Very fast delivery as stated and the watch was of high quality. My son was really chuffed with it.

Excellent service Had no problems at all & received item earlier than expected. Good communication of delivery & well packaged.

Excellent service all round, quality jacket , well packaged, great postage times

The NATs chart was just what I required. Very pleased.
