The weak link is the delivery service .
The weak link is the delivery service .
My £1300 parcel was delivered to not only the wrong house but 2 villages away !!!
I managed to hunt it down after 4hrs of driving around and detective work.
I asked management for at least a refund of postage but it wasn't to be .
The delivery service is a huge letdown for a good company.
Not great in the small grapevine of aviation.

RAF Aircraft sticker sheet
RAF Aircraft sticker sheet. I needed to have something to make a boring access card in white stand out, I decided on an aircraft and given the 90th Anniversary of its first flight, a Spitfire sticker adorns the card. The sheet has a selection of Spitfires, Hurricanes and Lancaster's so was ideal. Service was fast and delivery was too, Nice one! Lest we forget

Item received
Update - I received it this morning! After a 45 mins phone call with Royal Mail they found the parcel and had it delivered. Flight suit looked great and I’m very pleased with it.
However I would recommend to maybe not send your review request to your clients until they have actually received their order.
Happy with my suit! Thank you!

Antwoord van Flightstore Pilot Supplies
Sorry for the delay. Your order was shipped on September 2nd, and is showing as delivered on the 9th September. The tracked second class you selected is not very fast but it should not really take this long I agree.
We wait 5 days until the Trustpilot invite goers out and this went passed that time hence you receievd the review before the goods.
.
As for email, Im sorry we have had nothing on file from you to reply to.
We do have a phone number of 01924 480777 for you to ring if urgent.
Hope the flight suit looks well. If not give us a ring and we can sort it.
