Really good Customer Service
Sarah, Shop Manager was outstanding. She only had one Gripen in stock but at an Air Show. She said she would ring me back 2 days later and she did. Great customer care! Model kit arrived securely packed, with no damage.
Really good experience and I shall be back to make more purchases

The chart received was creased as if already used. It is obvious that the chart was folded without care!

Really sorry Julian. It wasn't used, they are all new, but obviously this one was folded in a rush and that is not acceptable.
Would you like a new chart sending or a refund. Either way you can keep the one that you have as a back up.

Very quick delivery. Product better than expected. What would be good actually is if there are more photos of the product ie there is a back to the folder which I didnt know and the size. I am very happy with it and exactly what I need.

Wrong Item Sent
On this occasion Flightstore sent the wrong item.
Prepaid label for return with Royal Mail. Having to wait for receipt of return before sending out correct item.
To be fair, this is the only time I have experienced this with Flightstore.

Many apologies Clive. We have recently taken on several new young staff (1st jobs) and the sheer amount of similar products we sell, like your baseball caps can be daunting to the inexperienced.
I apologise on their behalf sending you the wrong Mosquito cap.
The reason for asking you to wait until we get the wrong product back is simply a security procedure.
As we do not keep customers credit card details we can not take payment for a replacement we send out if we do not receive the original item back.
Unfortunately this has happened in the past forcing us to bring this policy into force. As this policy is not going to change and you are obviously very disappointed with us given your rating score, I will if you wish close your account on your instruction.
