We needed a bespoke floor mat, which is long and non-standard colour. Flodi have a great product, which has plenty of colours to choose from.

Without opportunity to order samples, we did our due diligence in checking colour on the website on many different phones and laptops to make sure the colour we chose was what we needed.

The mat arrived, and at nearly £200 was not a cheap purchase. The mat is way off the colour on any device we checked and not fit for purpose. I contacted Flodi to see what options we had and were told there was nothing they could do. No offer to assist, even in the form of a discount for another mat or helping with samples.

£200 down the drain.

10 days for a standard measure mat to arrive from Germany to UK.
I previously ordered a custom measured one and it took a lot longer, probably because it had to be cut.
I liked it so.much, I ordered another one for my hallway.
Customer support was very good. Tracking given (upon asking).
I would definitely use them again.

Paid online for urgent rabbit fencing 11 days ago. 3 days ago customer service said it had shipped. Today they said ‘It’s shipped today’. No tracking info- whatever they say, trust me, there was no info except requiring me to use an app that doesn’t work. Refusing to cancel order or give full refund. Cowboy company and not based in uk despite advertising themselves as Flodi.uk. AVOID

Really quick delivery (albeit no shipment updates from the company, it just turned up unexpected). Great quality for the price. Love it!

Unfortunately i am having to leave another review , whilst i found the customer service very good and initially on first inspection the grey pvc penny dot flooring looked to be good quality, but it has now been down just over 4 months the ripples which were in the flooring when first laid have not settled down which we thought would due to the weight and it scuffs really easily which exposes the black colour underneath as the grey is only on the surface considering its meant to be ideal for garages [ where we keep our motorbikes] its not.Unless wev'e just been unfortunate and had a bad batch i wouldn't recommend this flooring for in a garage

Ordered made to measure 3 runners which were quite expensive. Once the order was placed no-one has ever been in touch regarding delivery. I was getting concerned as to why was taking so long. Contacted them via email as it's impossible to find a telephone number, company is based in Germany. Customer service very poor with zero communication and/or updates. It took over ten days for the items to be received and realise they're poorly made with very bad finishing. I wouldn't recommend this company nor using them again.

Worst customer service ever.steer clear refusing to refund monies

Love the carpet runner and having it cut to size was an added bonus. Feels and looks good. Only complaint I had were emails were often sent in Germany, not helpful, otherwise customer service good and no complaints

Recently purchased £369 worth of party wall fencing ordered on a Monday delivery was made with parcel force on a Friday morning everything as ordered good communication through customer service email within 4 hrs would definitely use again
Goods are despatched in 48 hrs but you have to be patient as some goods are coming from Germany

Unfortunately did not get off to a good start, this company only responded in German so had to email and ask for English,things seemed to be taking a while so I got a little worried as to the company being genuine.
I needed not to have worried once my order was ready was sent detailed tracking for within Germany and then parcel force UK the goods were sent separately but both arrived and were really good quality will definitely order from this company again.
I bought some 3d printed vinyl and an outdoor rug.

Ordered made to measure rug on Monday , arrived seven days later , exactly what I ordered, packaged well . Some other reviews made me doubt my choice to order but in my experience flodi delivered as promised . Excellent service .

If there was 0 I would leave it! Do not go near these people! It’s not a uk website even though they make it look as though it is. My parcel has been in Transit for 15 days and was meant to be delivered in 5! I have had to buy another locally for the installation that took place 5 days ago. Speaking to customer service is a joke- they point blank refuse to refund saying I must refuse delivery in order for that process??? It hasn’t arrived, it’s not met their own deadlines, yet I have to try to make sure it’s not just left and refuse then wait forever to get my money back?? Disgusting service! Believe the bad with this lot it’s horrendous! Now going through my credit card and reading standards over them as no chance with their team.

I have yet to unpack my purchase, but yeah gods, what a flimin palaver on receiving it!! The company is misleading, as it states with their website address that's its UK. It is not, they are in Germany. It took 13 days for it to be delivered!! I practically emailed them daily to request an update on where the blessed thing was. The first portal they sent me was in German, that's not my first language, so I requested a UK version. Turns out they use Parcel Force, who incidentally don't deliver at the weekend? Something this company were not aware of.
By all means buy from them, if you aren't in a rush.

Competitive pricing & delivered in just over a week. All I needed was some custom-cut 1.5mm plastic floor covering to stop damage to our wood flooring by office chairs. Other sites were charging loads for a similar product so I took a punt with these guys.. haven't been disappointed & the product should help protect the floor. The only feedback I have is that there was no delivery info sent out, so it just turned up out of the blue.

The Delivery is VERY slow
I ordered the same product in 2 different orders (as I initially wanted to test to ensure I would receive them) and the 2 product vastly differed in the colour
There is no possible return, refund or mean to contact anyone (as their complaints emails is invalid) and I have not received any responses from my contact I made via their online portals

I DO NOT recommend

Despite their website saying goods are dispatched within 48hrs I am still waiting to receive my order a week later. No email to advise that item is out of stock or that there is a problem. I now see that the only form of contact is by email, no phone number. Not very impressive.
