Just booked for 2022! Great experience booking, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. First time booking with Florida 4 Less and will book again.

I am one of alot of people that's been affected by the coronavirus cancellations.

I just want to say the initial booking was fantastic and customer service was fantastic. Even when the virus and FCA advice came about initially Graham was fantastic this was while we was trying to figure out if it can be moved.

Unfortunately that soon changed when we asked for a refund .
Apparently they are only giving out credit notes that run out in March 2021,Which is when we can claim a cash refund.
This is against there own terms and conditions and also against Abtas advise to buisnesses who are making it clear that the law is to refund if that's what the customer asks.The law has not changed.
We have had to report them to Abta who are know in contact with them because they are ignoring all emails and have forced an RCN onto us even though we have asked for a refund.
And I'll tell you again March 2021 is the earliest this company is telling everyone they will get a refund.
I just want to be clear I'm not asking for a refund with in 14days(its past this anyway on day 27 as of today) as the law describes as I understand that isnt possible . But they will not admit there responsibility to a cash refund until March 2021.
To top it off this company is ignoring all contact via email.

It is such a shame that your customer service has gone downhill except for people making bookings or moving there booking .

All the information about been entitled to a refund is on Abtas website for all to see . Just in case anyone wants to check out I'm telling the truth.

All we ask for is our refund which we are lawfully entitled.

Would just like to say how helpful you have all been with helping us to rearrange our holiday from this year till next year. Big thanks to Graham who was very good getting back to us and sorting it all out for us .Wouldnt book our holiday with anyone else 👍

Fantastic service despite these very trying times. John worked with us to re-arrange our holiday after we had to cancel due to COVID-19. He was nothing but helpful, and has made sure we are still going to get the holiday we hoped for (if a little later than originally planned!). I would recommend this company wholeheartedly and hope their excellent attitude towards the people who book their holidays with them will carry them through this unscathed.

This company is an absolute joke. Refusing to refund the money i am owed even though i am entitled to do so. Customer service is extremely poor. Kept talking over me.
