Someone decided to play a commercial right in the middle of the national anthem and I didnt think that was right. I sent an email to complain and they responded right away. Floracing is the best app ever. To be able to watch all the dirt track stuff they put on is great!

FloSports do try to make wrongs right
After having some struggles FloSports have improved! You can now stream in 1080 instead of 720 as a max. FloSports has also been quite responsive to emails and appear to be helping improve my experience so 1 star has become 3 which could very well become 5…

Had issues gaining access to my account…
Had issues gaining access to my account and the FloSports customer service reps were awesome. I was first able to talk to an actual person on the chat. Although Ian tried really hard, we just did not get to resolving the issue and he made a case # and someone from customer service contacted me via email. From there Scott handed me off to Patrick who had to have been there most thorough and patient support ever. I was incredibly impressed with his promptness to respond to my email exchanges. Awesome experience!
