Many of the Magic City CrossFit…
Many of the Magic City CrossFit semifinal events were not streamed. Of the five events my daughter participated in only one was streamed. This event coverage was not worth teh subscription rate.

We do try to be as transparent as possible by providing event schedules and coverage information on the site before subscribing so viewers can see what will be available. We understand this was still disappointing, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and feedback regarding the event coverage.

I couldn’t blog into my account about ek ago, you sent temp log in which worked, I’m 78 and love off road races which is 99% of what I love to watch, this wkend the off road races were in wheatland, mo. You had horrible horrible transmission signal, about every minute I’d get dropped picture with caption your watching on two devices so I shut one off ( I have iPad and iPhone ) same message every minute so I’d have to reboot, horrible service. Based on the message you received, it’s possible that one device was connected on WiFi while another was using mobile data, which can sometimes cause the system to detect separate connections. We do allow multiple devices on the same connection, so your iPad and iPhone alone would not normally create an issue.

Flohockey and the Seahawks
I have been using Flohockey for about 4 years. they have always been extremely helpful, kind and are quick to respond. their customer service is top notch!
i am only leaving because my nephew has aged out and will be going to college to play. his team "The Seahawks hockey club based in Dennis, MA are the northeast regional champions! and it was absolutely terrific and exciting to watch from home with no technical issues

Flo Help/customer support
Flo is a great place to watch a wide variety of sports from a bird eye perspective. I train at a jiujitsu school with several competitors and it is awesome to support them all over the world. I appreciate this app for letting us watch and I’m greatful for the support staff, especially Katlyn when I have issues. I highly recommend Flo.

Fast and clear response!
I accidentally left my old credit card info on file and my payment was not processed. I tried to update and couldn't get it to work. I reached out to support and they were very quick to respond. They were very knowledgeable and were able to process my payment with my new card info. Their responses were very clear and very fast. They were even responding at 9:30 at night to make sure everything went smoothly. GREAT experience!!!

Flo Sports customer service is outstanding!
Flo Sports customer service is outstanding. I sent a letter soon after I renewed my subscription, changing it to an annual price rather than the monthly I had last year.
Then, I discovered that Flo Sports was not going to cover the Pioneer Professional Baseball League 2026 season and that was the reason I subscribed. When I explained that news in an email, they immediately responded and refunded my money. I was overwhelmed that they understood my dilemma and resolved the issue in my favor. So grateful to Flo Sports!

What a SCAM
What a SCAM. We paid our subscription to watch an event and then, and only then, were we told it was unavailable in our area. Then they can issue a refund -
BUT only after 5 days. Save your self the hassle and watch on YouTube!

Improving how geoblocking is presented before purchase is something being worked on so it’s clearer upfront and helps avoid situations like this.
On the refund timing, the request is processed on this end as quickly as possible. The 5 business days reflects the longest case scenario based on banking transit timelines, but it’s often returned much sooner.
