Appreciate the service, BUT…
Appreciate the fact that this service is provided, but there always seems to be issues of some kind with the streaming. Placement of commercials sometimes interrupts performances on Flomarching. Customer service is usually timely but offers little in terms of help 🫤

Improving stream quality and making sure ads are placed more thoughtfully is something we’re continually working on. Your feedback is a big part of that and helps us understand where we need to do better.
During live events, our support team is actively online monitoring things as they happen. They are there to help viewers in real time, while also staying in close contact with other teams behind the scenes to share updates and push for fixes as quickly as possible. We know that does not always solve things instantly, but there is a lot of effort happening in the background to improve the experience as it is unfolding.

Live stream isn’t live
I’m watching WGI Championships from home and streaming as many guards as I can. Whenever I entered a new stream for the current events (I was not in the rebroadcast option), I would get whatever unit had been on six hours prior. That meant, for the first six hours of the day, I got a very loud “Your program will begin shortly.” I also had to fast forward to get to my desired unit to watch. I logged out of my account, back in, deleted the app from my TV and redownloaded, every basic IT solution. No resolution. I contacted FloSports customer service and did get a quick response from an agent asking about my TV and if it was occurring on other devices. After I answered, I got a response saying it’s been escalated. It’s still not resolved. As the competition goes on and there are fewer streams, it won’t matter, but this is really disappointing. I renewed Flo because I really wanted to watch the activity that I love while being so far away, but it has been one disappointment after another.

What you described isn’t how the streams are intended to function, and I completely understand how disruptive it would be to keep landing on earlier content and needing to fast forward just to find the correct performance. I also appreciate you already trying multiple troubleshooting steps and reaching out to support; that helps rule out a lot on your end.
While it sounds like your case was escalated appropriately, I’m sorry it wasn’t resolved in time to improve your viewing experience during the event. That’s not the level of reliability we aim to provide, especially for live competitions.

FloSports is a Terrible Streaming Service
Terrible streaming service. Their subscription pricing is absurd, particularly given the technical difficulties their Apple TV app has and how they routinely ruin the viewing experience by posting spoilers before you get a chance to watch event replays. I have used FloSports predominantly for cycling. Stick to HBO and Peacock, when you can, or figure out a VPN solution. FloSports is awful.

This is a great company. There was a problem with our connection (we have very spotty internet where we live). They gave us technical support and when didn’t work they gave us a complete refund no questions asked. I look forward to trying again in the future.

You really should communicate when you don’t have the rights to stream the content on your app-especially when you say you have the track meet and it’s live streaming. We spent literally hours-at least 10 hours-trying to figure out how to watch our son run. It was incredibly frustrating and not a good experience with Flotrack at all. I will likely cancel my service.

awful "streaming service" - will never, ever use your company again - overpriced and undeliverable on service!! you ruined our day by the terrible coverage of the Tour of Flanders cycle race on Sunday 5th April!! constant freezing of the picture, no sound, no picture, constant buffering. luckily we had a computer, a VPN and could access the coverage live from Belgium TV - guess what? no freezing of the picture, perfect sound a NO glitches!! not one!! - your coverage when it did work was2 minutes behind the race coverage - so not even live!!! I will not be recommending your company!!

While many viewers were able to watch the event without issue, we understand that doesn’t make your experience any less frustrating. We would have appreciated the opportunity to troubleshoot with you at the time, as we’re often able to help improve playback in situations like this.
Regarding the delay you mentioned, some latency is expected with live streaming and can vary between platforms and broadcasters. That said, we understand how noticeable that can be when following a live race.
