Flowerexplosion.com sent me the wrong color flowers for a wedding. They were a day late and I did not have time to have them send me the right color.

The flower petals arrived exactly when they were promised. The petals looked amazing. They were the perfect touch along the edge of the aisle at the wedding - and so much less expensive than buying arrangements for the aisle.

Thank you for this opportunity share my experience with you. These 6 dead dark roses shown here (photos aren't accepted) were my mother's sympathy flowers after my little sister passed away, her youngest daughter. These don't look much like the dozen cotton candy, long stem pink roses I ordered. They cost me $96 for the half dozen dead roses my mother received for Mother's Day instead. She stayed at home crying for three days grieving and was too embarrassed to tell me for three days.
I wrote Flower Explosion and shared with them about the experience my mother had and photos of the flowers received that were obviously dead and not even the right type of flower or even the right quantity of flowers.
I received an ice cold unapologetic response to my email from Customer Service stating that I don't qualify for a refund, a credit or even another living bouquet of Flowers sent to my mom. It's truly disgusting the world we live in and what a wealthy floral company will justify to save a dollar. It was heartbreaking during a very difficult time for my family and I. I also ordered a second bouquet of flowers that were in a lovely Orange tone the online photo looked beautiful. However, we never received them at all. The delivery sheet has a forged signature of my name while I was 450 miles away. Of course they were at no fault for those flowers that were never even received for her children to place on their mother's grave. Those were also $96 and we never even received them. Of course that was at no fault of their own stated from the very poor customer service department. Very sad. This company makes me sick! Beware! This is a disgusting flower company you are sending your money to and sending flowers to your loved ones from. I was a returning customer. I won't be returning again. Thank you for the opportunity to share this experience with you.

I cannot begin to explain how terrible this experience was with this company. I ordered 100 specialty roses for a 50th birthday and my flowers were set to be delivered on a specific date. I received an email confirmation of such. When I didn't hear from the receiver I emailed the company to find out where my flowers were. They told me that they didn't make the cut off for delivery which makes absolutely no sense as they didn't tell me that when I received my confirmation. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused and only gave me the option of canceling my order. I refused and insisted that the flowers were still to be sent. My flowers were then set to be delivered a week later as evidently they can only ship once per week. Delivery date came and went again this time I was told it was a FedEx issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor again and got the same response. My flowers finally arrived and they were quite beautiful however instead of receiving the full 100 specialty roses the receiver only got somewhere around 78. I emailed to complain again sending pictures and besides the count from the receiver even showed pictures that I showed AI who actually gave a lower amount. The agent gave me some ridiculous story about needing to see pictures of all four boxes in order to get a refund as it is their policy but for starters they only sent one box. This was a disaster of an experience and again the responses were incredibly rude so I just protested with my credit card. Definitely do NOT order from this company!

The flowers came on time however was not what we were expecting. Did not look like in picture and overall not what was shown. Have been trying to call for two weeks and no one will call back. Very poor customer service.

Order not actually placed or shipped despite an email confirmation. Ruined my mother's birthday. Worst experience ever. Stay away! No customer service whatsoever.

Terrible experience! Flowers haven’t arrived for daughter’s wedding and company blames FedEx and offers no other solution. Terrible customer service. Website says they’ll attempt to ship early to avoid delays. Then why didn’t they??? I am so disappointed. What a waste of money!!!

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and extremely delayed shipping. Wasted a ton of money on my order that did not arrive. Website errors also made for a difficult process. I would not put your trust or your money in this company if you need your order to arrive on time.

I ordered 16 roses, they were delivered on time, and my wife liked them, but she was only sent 9, they do not return calls, their "contact us" option on site is broken. and i feel that i have been robbed.

I got these for a friend for valentines day. They were delivered a day early and the person i sent them to loved them, they said they're the most gorgeous flowers they've ever received.
I also had to message the company a little after placing my order for an address change and they got back to me quick and handled everything perfectly.

First time ordering from them. Not only was order 2 days late, the flowers were wilted and only lasted 3 days before dieing. I ordered 2 dozen and only received 19, guess they can't count. Received on Saturday I emailed on Monday and to my surprise was told complaints were only excepted 24hrs no refund for 48hrs. I didn't want refund I wanted pretty flowers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

The flowers arrived a day ahead of time which was actually perfect and your service went above and beyond anything I could have expected I ordered 24 and there was extra in there I guess in case any died during shipping and that was so appreciated I never thought of that and everybody that saw them absolutely loved them and said that they were the coolest thing they'd ever seen for flowers so I definitely will have business coming your way. They were for my daughter for her birthday and she started to cry and said they were the best present she's ever received. I also wanted to add that I ordered the glow in the dark roses they were amazing.

I had made a large purchase before checking in at Trustpilot, so was immediately concerned. I emailed customer service and said I really hope I don't have an issue because I paid a lot of money and just read the reviews. They responded immediately and assured me, I would have a wonderful experience. I throw a lot of parties and I can tell you these are the BEST AND MOST UNIQUE GORGEOUS flowers I have ever purchased. The price was amazing for the level of artistry! I ordered 36 Galaxy roses, 36 glitter rainbow, and 40 stems of the blue Dendrobium. They all arrived ON TIME via Fedex, so carefully packaged. Customer service was a dream. We had a space themed party and all my friends could talk about were the flowers and how cool, unique they are. Quick tip on the glitter or dyed flowers to use gloves and prepare over a plastic bag or outdoors to avoid getting glitter everywhere, but once in place, stunning, sparkling, dazzling! The 40 stem blue dendrobium had SO MANY blooms.. each stem had it's own water cap and it was enough flowers for arrangements in 3 rooms. It has been over a week since delivery and ALL FLOWERS are still alive. The roses bloomed out very large, incredibly STUNNING, and with proper care, the dendrobium also last a long time. (I left photo reviews on the website) I HIGHLY recommend this service. I have a feeling some of these 1 stars are from competitor. There is no way based on my experience any of what has been said is true. A+ and I will order again for all of my events. Nowhere else can you get such unique creations. Thank you!
