Unhelpful customer services, especially when customer needed help.
Unhelpful when customer needed help and at vulnerable position. No loan offered or easy out, instead maximise profitability and interest charges at maximum rates possible.
Shameful practise and greedy drive.

When i tried to enact a balance transfer it would not let me for.some reason, but the worse part is they don't tell me why
