I have awarded this score because I find that eveeything Fluid provides is exceptional. The online account facilities are easy to read and use. And if you have to phone customer service they are always very quick in answering, polite and courteous. Very knowledgeable and very, very helpful. In fact since joining the Fluid family I have never had any problems with you.

Fraudulent activity customer service 10/10
This isn’t about a credit card, this is about their customer service, I rang fluid up because someone had fraudulently made a credit card, I never even heard of fluid before I got a credit card in the post, and I can honestly say their customer service is 10/10, they put my mind at ease
