They did what they are supposed to do.

I’ve been a Modibodi fan for years but their insistence on jumping on the bandwagon and now changing some of their advertising wording to call me a ‘person who menstruates’ has irritated me. They’ve done me a favour though. I found Fluxies, bought a pair of overnight shorts and wish I’d have gotten some years ago. They carried me leak free through my heaviest first night and I’ve gone onto purchase more of the classic style pants and am very happy with them.

I’m not sure why there are one star reviews because I’ve had no issues at all. The underwear is amazing comfortable and makes me feel so confident. It’s really helped reduce my cramps and the delivery packaging and everything was spot-on. Definitely going to get some more and I’ve already recommended this to my friends and colleagues at first. It’s a bit unusual for after getting used to it. The comfort levels are 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend it.

I can not vouch for the products as I didn't get to use them, but the CS team are extremely pleasant considering they probably only ever deal with issues.

They have been very efficient in resolving my issue one brought to their attention

As a co they should probably look to automate returns and make them free but I appreciate that the intimate nature of their products may require a different approach.

I will very be ordering some stuff from here in the future.

This has now been edited as I have contacted customer services and they have sent a very apologetic email re my misses refund.
I have ordered 2 pairs of swim pants but as they were too large I had to send them back. The box arrived open (either neighbour or royal mail has been in it) and I had no delivery note in the box. Digging around on the website I have found that you have to ASK for a return/ refund which may or may not be approved. Mine was and i organised and paid for the pickup and delivery to their warehouse. I received 2 emails back from them - one to say they received my return and one to say they actioned my refund. This was on the 6th of June and as I prompted them today, I had a very apologetic email and another refund confirmation. I can not see the money actually in my account but I will check again tomorrow and edit again if necessary.

I brought these because of how much I suffer with period they have done wonders! They are really comfortable and they have helped me to not leak which was a massive problem. Really recommend x

Great product, does exactly what it promises. Quality of material is excellent and washes well. Have tried other brands but these are far superior, wish I’d got these sooner. can’t rate them highly enough.

I unfortunately had a horrible, appalling experience with fluxies over the last month and a half. I ordered some period underwear, and I received USED UNDERWEAR. This is absolutely revolting and a major hygiene risk and red flag.

I opened a return and HAD TO PAY to return their used products, and after waiting weeks for my refund I had to chase them up about it and message them. They have claimed that the parcel wasn’t returned.

They are trying to get me to fraudulently claim for a “lost parcel” when the tracking clearly shows that it was delivered to them over a month ago.

They REFUSE to refund me and are clearly conning customers and sending out used items.

It has been a horrible experience trying to get my refund, they have messed me about for a month and a half. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

UPDATE: my review does not contain false information, it is my true and honest experience and I hope it can help other people make a decision before purchasing from your company. I had to open cases with klarna and my bank, and through them fluxies was forced to refund me. A disgusting experience all around.

I have no idea if these are any good -they don’t stay up!
The biggest waste of money ever.
Bought 2 pairs my normal size- they literally fell down - sent one unopened pair back.
Ordered -same offer 2 pairs- size smaller. Able to wear for a few hours then they fall down…..Still no refund - £80 down. CS says so so sorry and then do nothing - better companies with better products

these are so comfortable and even the briefs with less coverage do not leak at all. I am never going back to disposable products

Never used these before had heard from daughter about these type of pants so purchased them as an older lady needed something I could rely on.. and they certain lived up to there reputation

I should have realised that as with the name change from flux to fluxies there would be a change to inferior quality. The waist band is less thick and is smaller, the knickers are lower rise and fit is different. The lettering is cut in half on back of elastic and looks cheap poorly put together. It is an entirely new product. I am waiting on hot to return.

I ordered 2 items from here and cancelled them as changed my mind . Although they give free delivery watch out as you have to pay to return which isn’t made clear.

The pants didn't work for me. To be fair my periods are extremely heavy. I think the pants are more suited to those with lighter periods.

I bought these amazing briefs for my Grandaughter who is only 12. …..she has normal women’s problems and thought they would be brilliant for her especially when she is at school..well done

Surprisingly good

For a medical procedure I was asked to not use tampons. I have always been grossed out by sanitary towels as well as finding them itchy, smelly, hot and sweaty. I was looking for something breathable and found these online. When it came to needing them they were comfortable, breathable, free from odour even after a full day of wear. It made my period bearable. I still prefer tampons for heavy flow days but will definitely be using these on my lighter flow days. I have been converted to saving the planet for part of my period. I now have 4 pairs!

Similar review to someone else's (Lisa's). Poor customer service and communication. I contacted after 1st order placed and initial query was to ask if they can still apply discount, as I had forgotten to apply this. I had no reply, nor delivery, for 10 days after order was placed. I sent a follow up email asking for a refund instead, (I needed the items for a holiday and was then worried I wouldn't get items on time). They then replied saying my email had gone into their junk box; I was informed one item was not going to be ready for 24 days after my order date and they hoped i would keep my order and discount for first purchase was offered. I had responded that order would not meet my requirements now, as I wouldn't have items in time for a holiday, so I asked for a refund again. I was then offered alternative products, as one item was not going to be ready and my request for refund was again dismissed. I insisted I needed a refund for 3rd time. I had no reply, so I followed up with another email informing that I wanted a reply and update on when refund was being processed. My 'response' on same date was an automated message saying order was shipped. I had sent an email immediately after, to ask why my refund request was dismissed and why my emails and request for refund were ignored. Company reply followed, on same date, stating they are a small company and 'didn't receive my email'.....Pushy sales tactics and poor customer service. I won't be trying their products at all now I'm afraid. Update 5/5/23: sorry but I disagree with the response received-I chased fluxies for an update and even though in earlier communication I had informed I'd be away, I was asked after this review how i wished to proceed. At each opportunity (4 times) I requested the same thing- a refund and went into detail why. I appreciate you taking personal responsibility where a message failed to be sent to staff to cancel order, but do not appreciate the company disregarding the facts. My items had not been accepted at delivery 14 days ago and I was told items had not yet been received by yourselves, but you kindly provided me a refund.
