FlyIcarus Drone Insurance Reviews 

I had insurance from them for my drone on the 21 Jan 2019, then they went suddenly gone quiet.

I tried to contract them directly, but no answer on the phone, or on their Facebook page.

On their FB page, they said that they were still going, but they were setting up with another insurer, others had asked the same questions too and this went on for months.

They are still an active company but were nearly compulsory struck off in 29th Jan 2019, but managed to survive it, it is all there in Companies House to see, it is available for the public to see.

Luckily I did not need their services as such, but after reading about them I would not go with them again.

I check all companies now, it's worth doing it for peace of mind.

I am just glad I moved to a different company, as any company that does what they did, makes me nervous.

If you do go with them be careful.

I went online and within about 2 mins I was fully insured! The information on the website was so easily laid out and very easy to follow and understand! No lengthy paperwork to fill out nice quick and easy process! Also very competitive prices for Annual Drove Cover and Covers and gives you peace of mind when taking your drone out on a flight so you can relax and enjoy flying without feeling worried about an what if scenario! I would highly recommend this Drone insurance company as the best on the net!

I can fully recommend Flyicarus. Due to a recent accident when my Mavic 2 Zoom lost control and crashed into a fountain. I contacted Flyicarus, and after very helpful support my drone was replaced and I was flying again within a week. I cannot praise them enough. Full marks from me!

The cover offered by flyicuras is far better then any I could find after going through countless other websites.
