I had a really fantastic recent experience with FocalAgent Ltd who were engaged to take photographs to support the sale of my house. An appointment was made for a time convenient to me and the photographer arrived on time. Her approach was professional, respectful and friendly and she listened to my requests and acted on these producing a range of beautiful photographs. I cannot wait to see them on the web-site. I would be more than happy to recommend FocalAgent to friends and family for future commissions. Thanks guys

Nik came to photograph our house pre-sale. He was prompt for the appointment and friendly. He was efficient in covering the whole house and the final images were fantastic. We would definitely recommend

FocalAgent pulled out all the stops to get us a photographer and when Steve arrived he was friendly, polite and very professional.

We are in the process of selling our mother's house and had a FocalAgent Ltd photographer come round on Sunday and take photos and videos. The photos are appalling and don't show 70% of the house. The video would have been better if we'd strapped a go-pro to my Jack Russell, and sent him through! Absolutely abysmal, rushed service. Looks like the whole thing was shot using a potato!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on our experience with their photographer.
The photographer was extremely rude and did not introduce himself or explain what he was doing or which rooms he intended to photograph. As a result, my work laptop was accidentally included in one of the photographs. I was not aware he was photographing that room, otherwise I would obviously have moved it beforehand. I politely asked him to retake the photograph due to GDPR concerns, but he refused and responded by huffing and puffing in a very unprofessional and child like manner. I had to explain to him that there was no reason to be rude and that I could not have my work laptop included in the photographs. I don’t understand why he didn’t tell me the laptop was in the shot? It’s really not hard? As a photographer why would you take a picture with items like that still in the shot? Just ask me to move it as I had clearly forgotten to?

We have very young children, and during the holidays it’s more difficult to tidy the house and work. Naturally a few everyday items were missed, such as a large fan, my work laptop and some of my daughters products. Had the photographer explained which rooms he was photographing or advised us to move personal belongings before he took the shots, I would have been more than happy to do so. But he did not, he took the photos with these objects in the shot? Takes 10 seconds to move a fan out of the way? So now we’re left with pictures of our house which we’re trying to sell with a massive fan in a few shots

He also tutted at my partner and rolled his eyes for getting in one of the shots. Had he actually explained where he was taking the photos my partner would have avoided that room. My partner felt awful as he did not mean to get in the way

Overall, the whole experience was weird and disappointing. A little communication, courtesy and professionalism would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this company.

We asked the agency to phone us as I was in tears after the experience as he was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable in my own home but the company didn’t want to know. My photographer was Sean

The photographer was rude and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. When i contacted the company to complain they didnt want to listen. They replied saying if im unhappy with the photos I will have to pay again. My photographer was called sean grimmer.

Great system,easy to understand and to book , kept informed all the way to the appointment.
