From the moment I stepped into the Sales Office and met the very lovely Claire everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, I got to choose all the finishing for my new home. She really went above and beyond, she is so knowledgeable, very patient and friendly and it’s been a pleasure getting to know her.
On handover and completion the house looked beautiful, gleaming and polished!
There was a very comprehensive folder detailing everything concerning the house, some tins of paint and a very welcome bottle of bubbles.
For the first month a couple of times a week Conrad the site foreman and Dom his deputy knocked to check that everything was ok and if we needed anything.
We haven’t needed to call on the Aftercare team as everything has been perfect but know they are there if we should need them.
Absolutely love my new home and am extremely happy here.

From the moment I viewed the show home at Maddoxford Park, I knew this house was everything I wanted. It has well proportioned rooms, a good sized garden and is lovely and bright inside.

The sales negotiator, Claire Bryant is absolutely fantastic. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the process, she provided excellent service - answering queries and chasing all parties to ensure a smooth process. She kept my spirits up when estate agents and solicitors were being less than helpful! It was great that she shared in my excitement through to completion.

Since moving into the property, as you would expect, there have been a few issues and remedial work required, but I have received excellent service from both Claire, and from Sophie from the customer care office. Sophie has ensured all issues have been rectified - to a high standard, quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All tradesmen have been top quality, courteous and professional.

I would highly recommend a Foreman Homes property.

We recnently purchased a home at Stirling Park in Warsash, Stephanie has been excellent throughout the process keeping us informed and working with us to meet tight timescales on our part. Billy has been outstanding, working with us as we had some contractors doing some additional work for us and again we had some very tight timescales which he worked with us to make happen. The follow up customer service could not be faulted and any small snagging issues were dealt with promptly. We have now been in our new home close to two months and are absolutely loving being here. Builders build houses but people make homes and Stephanie and Billy have helped us create 'our home'

We completed our Purchase at the end of September and as expected have had some snagging issues but these are being rectified. The Site Team especially Ben have been great at staying in touch whilst these issues have been addressed. So far no major snagging issues.
The Sales Team at Selborne Park in particular Dawn have been incredible from the beginning of the process. We can't thank Dawn enough for all her support and hard work making this possible for us.
We are loving our home and already feel settled.

From start to finish the communication and service has been great, with everything running to plan. The site team are and continue to be really friendly and efficient.

We have just moved into our beautiful new Foremans Home on Maddoxford Park, Botley. From the start when finding our forever home, to the finish, exchanging contracts, our experience has been seamless. A special thank you to Claire who was there from day one. Claires professionalism, expertise and support is second to none. Thank-you to Conrad too who met us and went through everything we needed to know with Claire also there with us.

Since moving in we've been supported by Dom who has dealt with the really minor jobs that needed addressing and to Bob, Paul and the whole site team.

Our last home was lovely but was 100 years old and came with many older house ‘issues’. Deciding to move to be closer to our grandchildren and have an enclosed garden for our 2 cats we thought about purchasing a new build property. This turned out to be the best decision we could of made. We approached Claire in Sales who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She showed numerous potential properties, explained all the differences between the available properties and had infinite patience and helpful suggestions with our decision making on interior choices. I could not have appreciated her skill and understanding more. Due to 3rd party circumstances, we were unable to move in as soon as we’d hoped, but understanding things sometimes happen, we moved into rented accommodation nearby. We were offered the chance to move in on a generator and we jumped at the chance.
In March, we were given a moving in date of 19th May by the Build Manager James who ensured the house was completed and ready to be occupied as advised. We collected the keys in the morning of 19th May and moved into our new home that day.
First impressions of the property itself were amazing and after 2 weeks they remain so. The staff have been exemplary and despite the obvious element of them building new homes around our house they actually go out of their way to be helpful.
Kev is very helpful and regularly asks if there is anything he can do. We very much appreciate his presence.
Of course we’ve pointed out a couple of minor issues that needed rectifying, (always snags on a new build) but these were dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Assistant Site Manager Dom has overseen these issues and ensured any of our concerns have been looked at and speedily rectified. He even ensured our front and back lawns was watered in this current spell of good weather.

I can honestly say whole heartedly that buying a new build house from Foreman homes is turning into the best move we have ever made and highly recommend them.

Stephanie Langley and Keith were amazing and super helpful. I really appreciate their support and would like to thank them. The reply to any query was very prompt.

Since placing our reservation fee down in January, we had brilliant contact from Steph throughout the build process and loved receiving photo updates of the house regularly. Steph was always and still is, at the end of the phone if we have any queries. She has been great and really helped to make this process run smoothly.
We have now fully moved in and love our new home, don't get me wrong we have a snag list but that is to be expected and Foreman homes have been great at ticking some of these snags off already. Keith, site manager, is really helpful and knowledgeable. We find him friendly and always there to run through items with us if needed.
Overall, we are really happy with our new build especially when you look at other new build companies around and see the difference.

Dawn and the team at Selborne Park have been amazing!! Communication leading up to the move was fantastic and Dawn did everything to make the move as easy as possible. As usual we had some snagging (no major issues) when we moved in and the site team have been great on carrying out the repairs in a collaborative manner. Our experience with the customer care team has also been very positive so far.

Naturally as with any new builds we have had some snagging issues, but being honest nothing critical, and we are working through these collaboratively. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a brand new home from FH. The experience from reservation to seeing the house being built from ground up to moved in, being looked after by the on-site team and customer service team after 28days. The whole experience was fantastic to us.
Must say a big “thank you” to the sales lady Stephanie, site assistant manager Billy who have gone above and beyond to help us during the purchase process and post move-in small snagging issues. Also thanks to Sophie in CS team who always responds in a timely manner.
We will definitely recommend Foreman Home. One of our friend also purchased an 4 bed property in a different site, who also quite pleased with their home.

We recently bought our house from Foreman Homes and are very pleased with how everything went. We have felt supported through the whole process and even after we moved in. As expected with a new house, there were a few issues but they have always been quick in responding whenever we have raised a concern. Overall very pleased and a special thank you to Dawn and Ben, who have been great with us.

Our foreman’s sales advisor Dawn Ashfield, has gone above and beyond to help us. Been great a keeping us updated with what’s been going on with our new home.
Once we moved in the aftercare team have also been fantastic!

I am really happy with my property and the support I have been provided. I had a few snagging issues but so far everything has been sorted. In particular Anita Hewlett and Tom have provided me a lot of help and assistance and have just been great.

Purchasing our house from the beginning was difficult and communication was poor.

Since moving in we have had over 300 problems and have been fobbed off so many times.
We have a potential beam drop in our hallway which they have skimmed over and our bedroom floor is so creaky it’s awful.
Not to mention the poor finish on the house in general.

We even had a hole in the ceiling when we moved in.

I found the sales lady extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with from reserving my house to completion. I have to say I love my new house and my experience has been amazing! Thanks Foreman Homes :)

I used to be an estate agent and used to look at snags for new builds. . What that means is I go around new houses and find faults. I’ve been searching for my own new build to buy and one of the first properties I saw was a foreman home.

Well. What can I say. I have tons of photos showing little snags. Doors not shutting. Paintwork being indescribable! I saw massive holes. Parts of things weren’t painted properly and remember guys. This was their show home!!! This was the one that was meant to have the ‘wow’ factor. But they couldn’t even get that right. The build quality of the Show home was so bad. I wouldn’t ever recommend even walking round one. Let alone buying one.

Now this was my job. So I can completely understand why people miss this. I urge people to get on your hands and knees. Looks under cupboards. Look under flooring. Take a spirit level if possible and check the walls. Check the floor. I saw glue on the walls and bathroom sink! If you can get up into the loft. Check the outside walls. Go and see if you can find previously built houses and knock on the doors. Explains you’re looking to buy one in a different area and are they happy with theirs. Guarantee most people will be incredibly truthful and won’t deceive you. Don’t rely on the sales team as they will tell you everything you want to hear.

All in all as a professional. I would highly recommend that you search for hours. Check under the boilers. Check under sinks. Lay on the floor and look at all angles. This will help find all these things

When I explained to the sales lady what I do and what I found. She didn’t care. She was highly annoyed that I’d shown her these faults and wouldn’t even look at my photos.

I would also recommend that if people are having a problem then hire a company who does what I did and they can help fight your corner.

Absolutely awful experience with our new build. When reserving the plot we questioned the colours and brickwork style as the houses that had already been built were one style and the brochure was another. We were categorically told the house would be built the same as the ones already built on site… but you’ve guessed it it wasn’t!

When making a complaint through the customer care process we were met with a rude and obnoxious Sales Manager. Sending rude emails a day before Christmas as she left for Christmas ruining our Christmas with the way we were being treated. Several emails and not one acknowledgement of our complaint. Disgusting process. Then when escalating, a generic email back from the ‘executives’ of this company. I’ve challenged and challenged twice, I’m yet to receive a response to my challenge.

I urge people to think twice before dealing with this company. They say what they want you to hear to get you to sign and when something isn’t right they’re rude. Not replying or acknowledging an email challenge is as rude as the customer care process that was seriously incorrect in everything they stated.

As I’ve already explained there wasn’t an option to rescind the contract. My house was sold in order to purchase the new house the was missold to us. The contract exchange on the sale had happened and we were in a position whereby we would not have been able to move in. You just don’t seem to understand the complaint or issue and I still have not received a grown up response via phone to discuss this accordingly. Your behaviour as an established company is absolute awful.

Horrible. Bunch of crooks. New build home with mold coming out the walls and skirting board destroying our belongings and furniture.

Misaligned doors, flooring needed to be replaced on the first day we moved in! Drainage issues from day one. We bought at Hammerly Farm, our neighbors also having a terrible experience - reported to the LABC and starting legal action against them. Look forward to seeing you in court. Avoid these lot.
