Satisfying experience
The delivery address I gave them was not in the area they could deliver natural roses to. Jill came up with a great alternative, and 2 days later artificial roses and a teddy bear were delivered at my friend's restaurant. The roses looks very nice, not those cheap plastic ones. In the end the receiver is happier with these, as they will last much longer 😁

I live in the United States and I have been using Forever Florist Thailand to send flowers to my Thai mother for a couple of years now. They are a reputable company with a really great selection of flowers and gifts. Ordering for the embassy
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who’s stationed over seas at the US embassy. I don’t speak Thia and had to use google translate to use the website. It was easy to use and had no troubles. I didn’t realize my friend was out of town the day I picked for delivery so I got really worried as I didn’t know how to contact the shop. But to my surprise I had an email with in a day confirming my order. I responded to the email and they engaged with me right away. We were able to work through a date change via email. And they were delivered later in the week. The flowers are high quality and beautiful and it was a huge surprise to my friend that I was able to order and have flowers delivered to her from 8,000 miles away!!

Technical payment issues…
There were technical issues with processing my online order. I reached out to customer service via their website email. Within minutes the depth Mgr returned my email. Set up an alternate method of processing the transaction. She also took care of the personal message as well. Nittaya and her team went far beyond required to help me.
My flower delivery was on time. And the most beautiful roses were delivered. I can not recommend Forever Florist Thailand enough!

Don’t ever buy from here they are garbage!!!
Don’t ever buy from here they send dead or going to die roses and wrong item they shove everything in a box like it’s garbage the note you want them to send out, they don’t even care about it. Don’t buy from here it’s garbage! Waste of money! They even cut short on the dead roses I order 12 rose they gave me 10 going to die roses. Poor on everything

I wanted to surprise somebody backpacking in Thailand with flowers without having them knowing. Except the address given was incorrect. Yet they managed to figure out where to go and made the delivery happen regardless of the much longer distance, while keeping the one day delivery time frame. I was very impressed by the service, thanks again ! My friend absolutely loved the flowers

I am currently in California, USA and I am happy to write that they went above and beyond to ensure my delivery to Thailand was made in time. I scheduled it for the wrong day, they accommodated my request to deliver 2 days earlier. They were very customer oriented, responded rapidly and the final delivery was beautiful.
