Bought two pairs of highball glasses. Unfortunately, they shipped the wrong ones. I am firmly of the belief that you find out what an organisation is really like when things go wrong and on that score alone they deserve the 5* I've given. There was absolutely nothing more they could have done to put it right. Seriously impressive, and I never give 5*s for anything - reserving that accolade for exactly this sort of exceptional quality and/or service. As for the wares themselves, well, on unpacking the glasses - although initially disappointed we got the wrong ones - my wife and I were sufficiently impressed with the quality to decided we'd keep the ones sent in error anyway. Very highly recommended if you are looking for some quality crystal glasses and on this performance a business who clearly values its customer base sufficiently to look after them properly.

I can't believe in this day & age, when you buy off the internet its difficult to speak to anyone. I had an out of stock query. Called the contact number of an evening, expecting a voice message. Only to be answered and had been told items had just come on. Excellent. When I ordered the item quite late at night. I realised i had did not entered the correct text for engraving. Having emailed straight away. I received and email within minutes. To put the problem right. And received the goods two days later. Fantastic engraving on my Whiskey Decanter. I was looking for a high quality custom engraved Whisky tumbler. That's exactly what I received, and within 3 days too (despite the current situation with covid-19). I will be ordering more custom glassware from here closer to Christmas.
