I ordered the product with only a couple of days notice for when the product was required, David was very helpful, he even double checked that my wording was correct (the compay name has lower case and capital letters) to make sure it was correct before adding it onto the glass. My ordered arrived the very next day. The quality is great and very neatly packaged in a lovely box.
Would recommend the company.

Amazing service, ordered one day, delivered the next, beautiful item really nicely packaged.

My son ordered a lovely ship's crystal decanter for his godson's christening. Sadly in a rush he put the wrong date! David at the company could not have been more helpful with suggestions and in sorting this out and getting a replacement in a tearing hurry. The father of his godson was extremely pleased with the gift - and my son is keeping the one with the wrong year for his 18th so they can laugh about it and he will have a pair!

The glasses arrived in perfect condition, packed carefully and securely. I was impressed with the speed of delivery, unusual when living on an island in the Outer Hebrides! I would happily buy from you again.

I have bought LSA glassware on 2 different occasions. The choice of items was good and the price was competitive. The Items were shipped very promptly and were very well packed and e-mails sent about tracking the order. I was very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff who contacted me when they found one item I had ordered was out of stock, they suggested alternatives that would fit my requirements or a refund.
