From the initial quoting experience to the installation, Forever Green have excelled my expectations. The installation team where absolutely brilliant and had the system up and running in a few hours. They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after they had finish. They spent time explaning how it all worked and asured me that if there were any issues they would be on hand to help.

We were looking to install a PV and battery system to provide a greener (and cheaper) solution for providing power to our holiday let cabin. As we have a secondary power supply on site, this seemed to be a good option. We found Forever Green to be competitive, friendly and helpful. The installation team were great, on time, quick and tidy throughout.

Professional and efficient from start to finish. Fitters and staff were polite and very informative throughout the entire process.

Pre-installation home visit was informative. Solar panels and electrical equipment was all installed and working within 5 hours! My combined gas and electricity bill was £21 for the whole period February to 8th August 2025, compared to approximately £900 for the same period pre-installation.

Forever Green were professional from the start and there was no “hard sell”,just knowledgeable people who were happy to answer any number of questions I had!
The installation was neat and tidy and they completed the job in a day.
I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We have just had panels, a battery and inverter fitted. Because of the old slates we had a new roof (slates, battens and felt) with integrated panels. FG did the whole job (roofing and solar) which in my view is critical - I wouldn't suggest trying to co-ordinate different trades yourself. As they are local to us, it was easy to communicate and for them to manage a reasonably complicated job - 3 storey terrace house. Old roof off/new roof on etc. IMV choose a reasonably local company. We had a couple of minor issues but all sorted very well and the comms has been fine. The roofers and electricians were excellent - really knew what they were doing and experienced. All the different certs and approvals were promptly sent and we are now getting paid for export. As far as I can tell so far, it is all working perfectly and looks a really quality job. I would definitely recommend but make sure you ask detailed questions, agree issues such as scaffolding dates and do your own personal research before deciding. Solar is a new subject for most of us with lots of new jargon. Personal research will help avoid misunderstandings.

EV charger and solar panels fitted a year ago. Constant problems with charger, now seems panels might have been malfunctioning too. Forever Green very slow to respond, generally needing chasing up, bounce all issues back to manufacture, take no responsibility and are extremely reluctant to speak directly to resolve problems. I might normally try to resolve issues rather than leave a poor review but hoping this might prompt action. That said I’m expecting a defensive response (if any).

Top service from beginning to end. Complete honesty about what was possible rather than trying to sell by exageration, then a high quality job completed as per plan. These guys are excellent and very knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Forever Green fitted a full system with batteries for me.
I was mislead regarding its capabilities and was assured it would meet the exact requirements I had requested.
I some time later found out that it didn't.
They do not provide and fit EPS, something which I was never told was a requirement to be able to have power off grid. That was despite it being a fundamental requirement and was clear about it.
Disappointed when until I found out about that, I had been happy and would have given 5*.
I have found out subsequently that the person who did my assessment should have been clear about the inability for forever green to install an eps solution.
Whilst that person is no longer with the company, I am assured it is clearly stipulated to prospective new customers and is part of the training provided to assessors.
I have also been contacted and apologised to for the issues I encountered and they have been able to offer me a compromised solution to ensure that what I had been expecting is finally delivered.
To that end although it is now a year in, I have been prepared to look back at my review and amend it accordingly and still confirm except for the EPS situation I have been happy with the service provided and the solution installed.
