Just one word: amazing. Everything is perfect. The tops, the package, the paperwork inside, and the customer service. I wish here in Europe would be just a similar customer service like this. I think all of the customers are special for them and you feel this in every email. I couldn't be more satisfied thank you Viktor and your team your work!

(ps: yes, the shipping to Europe can be a long process. But who thinks this is their fault? Last time it took 1,5 months but finally, I got it. Be patient.

Not sure how I stumbled across ForeverSpin...what a VERY COOL experience!! I believe it was an ad that popped up and I clicked on. I REALLY liked the website presentation and information and there was an end-of-year special bonus offer/item so I made a purchase. Can't quite explain it other than the say that the packaging, notes, information, presentation was SO PERSONAL...made me smile. Not only did I receive the special additional top, there was a Thank You gift inside (a very cool keychain) to my surprise. Beyond smiling about the package, made an email inquiry about one of the tops and, to my surprise, engaged in a very courteous, personal, caring conversation with one of the actual co-founders! Be very careful. They have not sent me the top of the promotion, and now they tell me that to receive it. I must buy them again. I have reported them to paypal. This things should not be allowed.

I bought this on a whim from an instagram ad. I wasnt really expecting much. I just got my order. Wow; its really really nice. The top's are super rad by themselves. But the packaging is beautiful. The paperwork that came with it is really nice. This truly is a keepsake that can be passed down over generations.

Stumbling upon ForeverSpin just before Christmas was indeed a joyous moment. I purchased the MetalMuseum for my brothers small boys and then thought how great one would look on his desk at work (Tungsten and spinning base)!! These precious toys are now my “go to” gift for him until he has the entire collection. He thinks they’re spectacular!!

Not to leave myself empty handed ... of course, I’m the proud owner of the Tungsten, Zirconium and the limited edition Inca Gold Plated tops. I keep them on a small table and give them a spin every time I go by ... invoking calmness, a smile and being present in the moment.

These are beautiful and precious little devices. Spinning, they are magical. They are hypnotically fascinating and can provide almost limitless entertainment for oneself, alone, or together with a friend or friends. I now have four tops and about to order another. I also bought a spinning base, which I recommend, as it not only gives the longest spin, but is a great place to park the top to just admire its elegance and beauty. It is still a challenge, for me, to spin the top and keep it on the base, especially a heavy one, but, I'm getting better.

What a great company and such great service. My son bought a spinner and base for his brother for Christmas. OMG this company is AMAZING! First, the product is "top" notch. My wife got me a stainless top for Christmas, then a stand and another top just because she saw how much I was enjoying it. Love them! I'm a craftsman, and I can tell that the work on these tops is amazing.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Last night, my wife and I saw the spinning base and were in love. So I got online and bought one. Then, today she tells me she bought me one too. And she got a discount. So I contacted Forever Spin and told them the story. My order had already shipped (!!), so I couldn't cancel. But my wife's had not. So they cancelled her order...BUT, since her order was less money, they credited me for MY order amount.

Did I mention that they got back to me immediately...multiple times?!? The whole thing was so painless and positive. AMAZING COMPANY!!!

I placed my order before Christmas and got caught up in the USPS shipping delays around the holidays. I reached out and very quickly got a kind response from ForeverSpin. J'ai commandé mon article le 27 novembre, il m'a été répondu qu'il était en transit et en suivant le tracing je le retrouve bloqué aux US depuis le 10 décembre. Je peux comprendre le retard par contre j'ai envoyé 2 mails et laissé 2 messages téléphoniques sans réponse. C'est fort désagréable et pas pro.

I purchased one for my daughter-in-law for Christmas and it was her favorite gift of everything she received. I ordered additional tops for one of my son's and USPS seemed to have lost the package. FOREVERSPIN was quick to respond to my email and got a new order out immediately only charging a deposit. The USPS order showed up a couple of weeks late and, again, FOREVERSPIN was immediate in responding to me, and I ended up purchasing them instead of returning them because my other son really wanted them.

This is a really unique product from a wonderful company. I was looking for a special gift for my nephew who is a developer with Facebook/Instagram. What do you get for someone that has everything and likes really nice different things? Start them a Foreverspin top collection! They sit on his desk as he is on his computer and in meetings much of the time, so it gives him something to "fidget" with :)
