Ordered in July.. it’s November no ring

Ordered a mans Harley Davidson over a week ago for my wedding. Three emails now, no response, says its a texas company, i doubt it. I work at a dealership. If i treated my customers this way, id be fired. Nothing in the website says they are in china, which is false advertising, and im notifying the Alabama attorney general!

We ordered 2 rings, never got them, 6 emails, 7 phone messages, they never return the calls or even answer the phone, I thought this was a legitimate company from Texas, appears to be just another SCAM. So disappointed, don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered a ring on December 15, 2023, and I never received my order.

Sent 5 emails, they answered the first 2 two telling me they will enquire about the production and then criquets... they never followed up and no more responses to my emails. I lost almost $300 😩😥 For me, $300 is a lot of money.

This company is a scam from China 😡

Ordered a Dodger 2020 ring, took about 22 days to get the ring, well worth it! The ring came out awesome! About to order another one.

Ordered a Vegas Golden Knights on 12/01. As of today 12/20 still haven’t received it. Doesn’t show shipped. Contacted customer service 2x and said it was finished being made and second response promised to keep me posted. Trying to find out where it is and now getting no response.

Purchased a 2008 Phillies World Series ring and I am not disappointed. Everyone who sees it loves it. Good quality for the price.

I ordered a custom replica “Super Bowl” ring, and I’m VERY satisfied with the quality. My only problem is with the design of the ring top; the magnets aren’t strong enough to keep the top on the ring securely. My top has flown off Several time already. This could result in losing the top piece.

I ordered a rings in May for over $300. Two weeks later they sent me a notification that the rings were delivered to my address. The rings were marked delivered in their system but I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. Checked with the neighbors and the post office...Nothing.

I reach out to them and they offer ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT saying they can't do anything for packages marked as delivered....Despite no products actually arriving.

Terrible Experience... Avoid at all costs

They responded well to email; we must have emailed each other back and forth 10-15 times. They were able to provide a slight discount because I bought 4 rings. They were also able to mix and match Premium and Ultra rings. I have received 3 rings, and they look great! Thank you Fox Fans Ring!

Buying a "replica" ring I knew to temper my expectations. I was really just excited to have a piece of history to display, but this thing is beyond what I expected. Upgraded to the premium and glad I did. Absolutely phenomenal job!
