I attended the Colchester store to collect my watch after a service. Sandra, as always, was very helpful and friendly and provided excellent service

Bought 2 watches now from Fraser Hart - staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't feel like we were being rushed. Would buy our next watch from there.

Service was great, I was made to feel very comfortable. Was asked insightful questions about what occasion the gift I was buying was for and also what kind of product I was looking for. The staff member brought out several great options which matched what I was looking for and was very friendly throughout the whole interaction.

Our recently visited your Newbury outlet, and overall, we had a great experience. We were very pleased with the service, hospitality and assistance provided by your team.

However, I was disappointed regarding the £175 gift voucher offer that was advertised online.

Before making our purchase, I specifically called your outlet to confirm whether the online offer would be honoured, and I was assured that it would be. Based on that assurance, I proceeded with the purchase.

According to the online offer, a £175 gift voucher was included with the purchase and would be sent after seven days. However, when I subsequently asked the salesperson about the voucher, I was told that the offer was not available when using the finance option.

I checked the offer online again, and it was still clearly available for the same purchase, including when selecting the finance option. I have therefore enclosed a screenshot of the online offer for your reference.

The easiest option for me would have been to cancel the purchase and place a new order online so that I could receive the advertised offer. However, I chose not to do this because it was our 15th wedding anniversary, and I did not want to cause any unnecessary upset or inconvenience to my wife on what was meant to be a special occasion.

I would therefore kindly ask you to honour the £175 gift voucher offer as originally advertised and as confirmed to me when I called before making the purchase.

I hope you will consider this request fairly and keep the promise made to me. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Staff (Christine) were teally friendly and helpful, happy to let us try on multiple items

We were looking for ages for Wedding Rings and to be honest I had not really liked anything from all of my local shops as well as Glasgow. We had easily been in 10+ different shops at this point.

We ended up one day checking Bernstons (63 Argyll Arcade) branch and I could not be happier that I did.

We were served by a wonderful woman called Anne. I gave her admittedly, a really annoying set of wants for my Wedding band. Nothing was too much for Anne as not only did she make sure we were comfy, she brought me a ring to try on within minutes.

I tried the ring on and fell in love, not only was it high quality and stunning but it was extremely comfy on my hand which was my highest priority. My partner also found her perfect ring so we were both so happy and relieved that we had found them finally!

Its been a wee while since my visit but the ring has kept in great condition plus the after care we were offered is phenemonal, I really need to get up to make use of this on my partners ring.

I cannot recommend the shop and of course Anne anymore, she is a credit to the company and really helped us make strides in something we were struggling with our Wedding!

Talked about the watch I was wanting, every little detail, explained in full, watch ordered, rang me when it was ready to collect.
Brilliant service, from lovely staff.

I was so impressed with the customer service at the Grand Arcade, Cambridge store.
It was busy when I arrived but the lady who served me immediately came over from sorting a display and was so helpful. She found two or three options for earrings that were a gift. Once chosen she offered to secure wrap so I could return if they were too big.
All the time she was friendly and chatty and then the lady who wrapped the gift was equally lovely.
I could not have asked for a better, more friendly experience and will visit again due to this 5 star experience!

When i took my Omega watch in for new battery, i asked how much it would cost, before i agreed to let them repair it. i was told £135.00 which i thought was ok
I paid in full and thought that was it done, unfortunately, when the watch was ready ( aprox 4 weeks) i was asked to pay another £115.00 which i was not told about when i left the watch
I would not have had it done by them if i thought it would cost £250.00.
Will not take it there again

My partner and I were looking for wedding rings, we were going from a shop to another looking for something that would fit our budget. We were greeted at Fraser Hart by Rosin, she was very nice and helpful giving us plenty of options and time to decide. It was really nice to see her trying to bring out something that would fit my style and would please us both. At the end we got ourselves the wedding rings and a beautiful engagement ring as my partner promised without a ring so I can pick one that i would like myself. Rosie and George were amazing and really helpful and polite. Great customer service ☺️

Myself and my fiancée have had the most wonderful experience dealing with Fraser Hart Jewlers in Bluewater!
We both wanted to make our wedding as straightforward as possible and thanks to the wonderful staff and we must say especially Deepak, the whole experience has been quite literally 2nd to none!
